Pleasant stay but not great
Pros:

Staf rata-ratanya mesra.
Dapat bilik menghadap sungai jadi kurang pencemaran bunyi pada waktu malam.

Cons:

Maintenance kurang: masa mula2 naik lif bau wangi sebab ada pewangi automatik tapi bila masuk je bilik terus bau hapak karpet, mungkin karpet tak pernah tukar dr awal hotel beroperasi, terpaksa beli febreeze untuk kurangkan bau busuk. Comforter dgn bantal pun ada bau kurang menyenangkan/tidak wangi. Tingkap bilik pun banyak najis burung tak dapat nak nikmati pemandangan luar. Air conditioner punya control panel tak responsif, dah tekan2 pun tak dapat ubah apa2.

Berkesempatan untuk sahur di hotel, lauk2 rasa ok cuma sayur goreng tu dah ada bau semacam dan bila makan pun ada rasa macam nak basi. Ada banyak lalat buah (?)/serangga terbang hurung makanan buffet sampai ada yg dah jatuh dlm sos salad.

Pros:

We spent one night here on our way back to KL. The room was very clean, spacious and comfortable. Staff were polite and helpful and breakfast was good.

Cons:

As we only spent one night, we didn't have any real issues other than how the meals are served. And we noticed this in other Malaysian restaurants, where meals are brought out regardless of whether the other guests meal is ready. So I had finished my meal before my husband's had arrived (despite waiting 10 mins before starting).
