Updated and lovely
Hard to find anything really … it’s lovely
I like how the rooms and restaurant have had an upgrade . I've stayed here many times . The food and service at the restaurant was amazing , and decent prices, with a great variety on the menu.

No microwave.
From the minute we checked in…wonderfully friendly staff, the apartment itself was fantastic! Spotlessly clean, well equipped, beautiful bed. Then over to the bistro…again amazing staff …Chrissy and Nikita but the others were fabulous too. Very reasonably priced drinks and great food.

The room looked new and inviting and the bistro was close
Understaffed at the bistro, so went in for a quick dinner and was there too long
I liked that it was close to the shops and the staff were super friendly, it was a little noisy but it was good.
Went to have a coffee and the kettle was full of mold lucky I checked before using it..

Room was perfect, spacious and comfortable. Staff also went above and beyond for us, we needed an early check in to get ready for a wedding and staff were so amazing and were able to get that organised for us!
Clean and quiet
No complaint
It was a nice base of operations for our trip to Hervey Bay. The location was fairly central to what we were there to see and do, and only a short walk to the Botanic gardens. The room with comfortable and looked newly renovated, perfect size for a couple. Had a fridge and adequate hanging space. I liked having access to an iron/ironing board in the room as we were attending a wedding and our clothes got creased on the journey here.
Staff were friendly, and we appreciated the complimentary drinks and discount at the Bistro.
There is the option of room service.
The shower made a loud noise when the hot water was running through. Not a deal breaker, just a minor inconvenience.
