LOVELY HOTEL IN THE HEART OF SIBU
Pros:

Among one of the few hotels in town that is well-maintained hotel located in the town centre. Rooms are comfortable and staff are well-trained and attentive. Breakfast was good with a variety of choices. I will stay at this hotel again.

Time for an upgrade
Pros:

Hotel is located very convenient with the market behind it therefore food during the day time is ok but there isn’t much to offer at night. The hotel needs a good sprucing up soon as it’s so old and run down already

Not what it used to be.
Pros:

Booked a king sized bed but was given a double bedded room. WiFi was available but slow. Very disappointing. Other then that, there were no complaints.

Before I checked out last two days I requested a king sized bed for this trip. Still I was given a double bed. Even the bathtub was not very clean and there was a few strands of hairs in it!

A three star hotel. Staff pleasant but not that helpful i.e. they'd open the door for you but not help you lug your case up the steps. Bathroom could gave been cleaner but the shower was great. Good enough for 1 night.

Pros:

Very comfortable room. Breakfast could be improved by providing garnishings ( egg,prawn) with the laksa. Internet can be improved-keeps being cut off)
The location is excellent for anyone wanting to take a tour to town.
