Utterly ridiculous.
Pros:

The owner accommodated us in another property inside the city limits stating that their property is under repair ! The accommodation provided was having just rooms with a/c facility, no hot water, running taps with a kitchen and dining hall. No swimming pool.
Had booked because this was near to the forest and not with in city area.
The person accommodated in alternative property never spoke about the difference of amount refundable for all the shortfalls. When I questioned, he disappeared from the spot.
Really not satisfied.

Pros:

The hotel lost power which meant loss of AC and wifi. Otherwise basic accommodations with relatively good value for the price.
