Penginapan di Crystal Crown Hotel pada 1 Ogos lalu amat memuaskan dengan bilik yang bersih, kemas, dan sangat selesa untuk berehat. Urusan check-in berjalan pantas diserikan dengan layanan mesra daripada para pekerja hotel. Lokasinya juga amat strategik dan memudahkan pergerakan ke pelbagai destinasi menarik. Secara keseluruhannya, ini adalah pengalaman staycation yang sangat menyenangkan dan berbaloi!

Parking agak kurang cahaya..tapi overall terbaik

Very good value
Pros:

Great malaysian breakfast and superb VfM considering the massive size of the room, the nice pool and big breakfast.

Cons:

Prior info about the parking would have been useful and is a great selling point for the hotel. They should make more of it.

Disappointing
Pros:

The bed was comfortable and they had family rooms with 3 beds

Cons:

Very tired, poorly maintained facilities. The ‘fitness suite’ was tiny and equipment very old and dirty. The pool is very small. People (I think staff??) had been smoking in the pool area toilets. The staff on reception were not welcoming. This is very basic accommodation which was overpriced for what you get.
