Unclean old towels
Pros:

The location was suitable for me. The room size was decent.

Cons:

I didn't like the old towels. The towels smelt bad and no longer white or appear clean. These towels should have been retired years ago. The shower in my first room did not have hot water coming through. I had to run it for over 5-10mins to get the water only warm. It meant wasting a lot of water. There is a small step into the bathroom and easy to miss. It's a health and safety hazard. Lastly the shower glass door cannot be closed properly. Something wrong with the installation. The toilet tap for washing leaked. I consider all these as Health and safety issues.
