Personeel was erg vriendelijk en proberen voor hoever mogelijk mee te denken.
Het is een hotel voor lokale bevolking met andere standaarden, het voldoet niet aan de standaard die ik gewend ben vanuit mijn ervaring in de hospitality en mijn ervaring bij andere 4 sterren hotels in Java.
Na een lange reisdag vond ik bij aankomst zowel haren in bed als in de badkamer, het betroffen dezelfde soort haren en zullen van een vorige gast geweest, het bed was zodoende niet opnieuw opgemaakt enkel netjes gemaakt.
Ze hebben vriendelijk mij een nieuwe kamer aangeboden met een vers opgemaakt bed maar heb na deze eerste schok zelf de hotelkamer gereinigd en de vloer nergens durven aanraken.
Vanaf 07.00 rennen de schreeuwende kinderen al over de gang te bonken.
Ontbijt was erg gericht op Aziatische gasten die veel in het hotel verbleven. Er is een westerse hoek echter tref je hier pasta voor ontbijt en maiskolven, zelfs voor een simpele cappucino moet er bijbetaald worden.
Na het eerste ontbijt heb ik het voor het verdere verblijf overgeslagen.
Het is een goed hotel voor locals met kinderen maar niet te adviseren aan westerlingen die hygiëne, comfort en een fijne nachtrust zoeken

Kamarnya bau, padahal saya sudah beberapa kali komplain minta tolong dipindah karena baunya memang bikin gak nyaman
It has all the facilities a hotel needs: restaurants, a laundromat, a shop, a swimming pool and a spa. Having a mini zoo and activities for children is a bonus I wasn't expecting
My stay at this hotel was too short. I wish I had more time in Bandung to make use of the full facilities at this hotel.
My kids liked the bed. We liked the location which quite strategic.
We didn’t like the pillow as too thick and too hard. So limited parking space as they parked our car quite far from the hotel and took sometimes for the staff to get our car back to the hotel when we needed it.
kids are happy feeding dianimal, playground and pool are so kids friendly.. will be back here to enjoy all the facilities
Recommended for Family with kids, facilities are great, has pool with warm water, mini zoo, kids spa, kids playground and kids activities with sand box and stuff. The gym is also well equiped. Quite spacious room too.
