Amazing hotel, I would stay here again
Pros:

It has all the facilities a hotel needs: restaurants, a laundromat, a shop, a swimming pool and a spa. Having a mini zoo and activities for children is a bonus I wasn't expecting

Cons:

My stay at this hotel was too short. I wish I had more time in Bandung to make use of the full facilities at this hotel.

Good experience to stay here but not kind of hotel that we would like to come back again.
Pros:

My kids liked the bed. We liked the location which quite strategic.

Cons:

We didn’t like the pillow as too thick and too hard. So limited parking space as they parked our car quite far from the hotel and took sometimes for the staff to get our car back to the hotel when we needed it.

Amazing Family staycation moment.
Pros:

Recommended for Family with kids, facilities are great, has pool with warm water, mini zoo, kids spa, kids playground and kids activities with sand box and stuff. The gym is also well equiped. Quite spacious room too.

Nice for family stay
Pros:

A comfortable place to stay for family holiday. The location is perfect if you want to travel both to Lembang and the city center. There are various facilities for kids activities. What I also like is that it offers affordable laundry service.

Missing amenities every day
Pros:

Upon getting room access card I entered my room to have an online meeting at afternoon time. I didn’t find towel floormat and suddenly the housekeeper knocked my door to give this mat. Second day, I asked for room clean up as I had a meeting outside hotel. Around 6pm, I came back to the room. I saw my room was cleaned up already. I then entered my bathroom. Unfortunately I didn’t find the towel. Crazy! I had to call hotel staff to deliver the bath towel. I think this was my first and last visit to this hotel.
