Equipe atenciosa.

Cons:

Apesar de ser um hotel com custo barato, é evidente a necessidade de uma reforma dos quartos, afinal é uma rede de hotéis grande internacionalmente. Um dos piores pontos é o banheiro que é muito apertado, a pia fica dentro do box praticamente. Outro problema é que o chuveiro estava entupido.

Pros:

It is convenient and near to the train station and bus stop. It’s a decent hotel for its price if you’re looking to stay somewhere in the city centre near the major attractions.

Cons:

It was slightly small and not the cleanest. The kettle was rusty on the inside and we had to request to get another kettle. However, this is a budget hotel, so everything is average at best.

it was close to where I needed to go

Cons:

The key that I only just got didn’t work and when I went down to see the receptionist they were there and I had to wait for 15-20 mins which made me late to my event. When they gave me a new one it was still not working. The only thing they told me was not to put it next to my phone and I hadn’t bc I literally only just arrived.

Excellent stay
Pros:

Our stay was very comfortable. The staff were friendly, helpful and generous. Our room was very clean. Great price and breakfast.
