We enjoyed our stay and the many trips and walks we did around Sydney.
Pros:

Locations was excellent for us and the staff were extremely helpful and pleasant. The room though small was adequate.

Cons:

The room was a bit cramped, the shower did not drain very well which meant that the bathroom floor was very wet and when it rained water leaked onto the floor by the window which did seem to be shut (we did not touch the window).

Lacklustre facilities in central location
Pros:

Central city location close to public transport. Early check-in

Cons:

Overall lack of security - no ID check on check-in, lift access wasn’t protected by swipe card, manual lock on room door didn’t work. Horrendous bathroom design - basin and towel racks were in the shower, and the shower had no door, so the entire room got wet

I love the hospitality of the host/receptionist at the desk..he is very helpful and kind.

Bed uncomfortqble.. key wouldnt work at all.. had to keep going back and forth to reception..air con didnt seem to work.. it was so hot in the room

The keys to the room NEVER worked.. we had to constantly keep going and getting them reset.. the rooms were hot even though aircon was on.. beds were so uncimfortable.

Da acomodação, camas/beliche desconfortaveis para acomodar 4 pessoas. o quarto é muito pequeno e o banheiro tambem é pequeno, sem um box adequado. falta espaço para as malas e mochilas.

Great value for money, staff were amazing and extremely accommodating and super central location.
Pros:

Location was great and the staff were so lovely. It was a last minute booking. They gave us a late checkout for free and were happy to store our bags during the day on our last day. Air con was great! Location is super central and easy to get to public transport - or about a 30 min walk to circular quay.

Cons:

Cleaners might need to be more aware of check-in and check out times; a lady came in at 9.05am on our day of check out whilst we were in the room. We were very surprised as normal check out is 10am, however we had arranged a late checkout. No harm done however was a nasty shock!

Bathroom was quite small and it was a squishy fit in the room for two people + luggage (queen room).
