Clean and comfortable stay.
Pros:

Close to experimental farm and gardens. Good breakfast that was included. Room was large and comfortable. Lovely shower, lots of hot water and great water pressure. It had a small refrigerator, Keurig and the TV was easy to use. We were given bottles of water when checking in.

Cons:

Signs said ice machine were on 3rd floor. They were on 2 and 4. We arrived early and were told no rooms available until 4. Came back at 4 and our room was still not available. The supervisor changed our room so we could check in.

Large newly renovated room, but with a serious shortcoming
Pros:

I was in a king room equipped with a kitchenette on the 4th floor for 3 nights -- really big renovated room, maybe too big actually, because there's lots of useless space -- very comfy bed, and fairly quiet except for one morning when there was a lot of mechanical noise coming from the plaza next door -- I expected the room to have a sofa as part of the sitting area but instead there were 2 wing chairs, which was nice enough but because of the room configuration they were positioned a long way away from the TV

Cons:

The Smart TV has been set to Energy Saver mode by default, and you can't change it because the TV settings are password protected -- anyone who owns a Smart TV likely knows that putting it in maximum Energy Saver mode severely limits the backlight if the room is dark, making it almost impossible to see anything -- so to be able to watch TV in the evening at this hotel you have to leave on every last room light you can find, which in turn creates a lot of glare on the screen and greatly diminishes the entire experience -- it also means you can forget about watching any late night TV in bed

Excellent hotel for hospital visit
Pros:

Wonderful service, excellent location for hospital. Called desk to book 2 nights for mom/adult son as mom was getting day surgery at heart institute. Desk staff were incredibly helpful with points, room selection, and even gave a free upgrade after it was booked!

Cons:

Összességében nagyon rossz ár-érték arány. Mindenhol irtózatos bűz… a szobában, a liftben, az étteremben. Nagyon nagy felújításra szorulna. A szoba sötét, régies berendezésű. A reggeli borzalmas, nem értem miért nem svédasztal van, ennyi pénzért. A bejelentkezés nagyon hosszú volt, 20 percet ott álltam. Az elhelyezkedés sem jó, tömegközlekedéssel a belváros 40-50 perc. A személyzet sok tagja mogorva. A víznyomás nagyon gyenge, alig tudtuk kimosni a sampont a hajunkból. A legnagyobb kellemetlenség pedig a reggelinél történt. Reggelikártyák vannak, amit minden nap le kell vinni. Első nap lent felejtettük, de azt mondta a hölgy, hogy semmi gond, tudni fogja, hogy a miénk, és megtartja. Majd az utolsó reggelen másik hölgy volt, és ki akarta velünk fizettetni a reggelit (90 dollár). Mondtuk, hogy a reggelit tartalmazza a foglalásunk, de nem hitte el, mivel nem találta a kártyáinkat. Fel kellett mennem a recepcióra, és újat kérni. A családom többi tagja is fel szeretett volna kísérni, mert ők sem értették. A hölgy erre mogorván leültette őket, hogy amíg nem fizetünk, nem mehetünk el. Szerintem ez elfogadhatatlan és megalázó. Kaptam új kártyákat, ilyenkor viszont azt találta ki a hölgy, hogy mivel ez a reggeli más étlapról volt választva (ő adta az étlapot), nincs benne az árban, így is ki kell fizetnünk. Természetesen mondtam, hogy nem fogjuk, mivel ez 100%-osan az ő hibájuk. De annyit tudtunk 10 perc vitázás után elérni, hogy akkor a különbséget fizetjük ki (50 dollár), pedig szinte ugyanazt kaptuk, mint a többi reggelen. Ezek a kártyák teljesen feleslegesek, szobaszám alapján kellene azonosítani a vendégeket, elkerülve az ilyen szituációkat. Mivel siettünk a reptérre, busszal már nem értük volna el a kellemetlenség miatt, ezért Uberre is ki kellett fizetnünk 40 dollárt. Torontoban ennyi pénzért luxusszállodában szálltunk meg. Soha többet, senkinek nem ajánlom.

Pros:

Gros point noir.
Il serait bien de revoir la conception du petit déjeuner.
Ce n'est pas un buffet en self service mais un service à table. 35 a 40 mn mn après ma commande j'ai du partir sans avoir pris le petit déjeuner. Le personnel n'y est pour rien il est accaparé par les clients qui viennent récupérer leur breakfast à emporter.
Pour le reste tout est parfait

C'était très bien.
Pros:

La chambre, la piscine, la propreté de l'hôtel, le personnel très sympatique !

Cons:

Il manque des toilettes à côté de la piscine. Dès qu'on veut faire pipi, il faut remonter dans la chambre. On est tout mouillé et on mouille toute la moquette du couloir, l'ascenseur, la chambre, etc...ce n'est pas pratique du tout !

Endroit à considérer lors d'un court séjour à Ottawa
Pros:

L'hôtel est bien situé. C'est propre et le personnel est très courtois. Le stationnement est gratuit et facile. Bon éclairage dans la salle de bains. La cuisine est bien équipée et il n'y a pas de tapis, ce qui est une bonne chose.

Cons:

Le thermostat est mas localisé. Il est difficile d'avoir une température confortable en mode climatisation: Trop froid avant que la climatisation arrête et trop chaud avant quelle redémarre).
