The kitchenette. The facilities were well kept. Friendly service.

The room was clean and comfortable. Mattress was very comfortable. Clean functional washroom. Coffee is offered either in your room or in the lobby. Staff at the reception desk were friendly. Outdoor parking was convenient. Good family restaurant down the street. I would recommend.
You could hear people closing their doors as they left their room.

Beds were not clean nor comfortable.
Breakfast was disgusting. Eggs are very oily, and you could smell all types of greases..oil is clearly multi used!!
I extended my stay. The suite I had with the kitchen and living room was excellent. The decor is fantastic. It is very clean.

Close proximity to where we were all weekend. Super clean. HUGE room. Quiet hotel.
The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and spacious. It had a nice sitting area - two comfortable arm chairs, and a comfortable and useful office chair and desk. The outlets were convenient to access for laptop and phone charging. The room had a small fridge for drinks or food. The room and bathroom were very clean, and the carpet and bedding and furniture were quite modern / new. The bathroom looked a bit dated, but well maintained. The bed was a bit firmer than my preference, but otherwise just fine. I appreciated the room still had an alarm clock. Many are starting to remove them. The TV was a smart TV that allowed you to use your own login credentials for the popular streaming services (Netflix, Disney+, etc.), as well as regular TV. There was a vending machine on the floor I was on, that had amenities / accessories / health items (tech chargers, cough drops, etc.) and an ice machine. The room
I pre-paid for the breakfast for the two days I was staying at the hotel. It was reasonable, and provided a smaller subset of the full a la carte menu, I had the two-egg, toast, meat (ham, sausage, or bacon), and hashbrowns option both days. It came with coffee, tea, or juice. It was a good start to the day.
I was in Ottawa to attend an event at Carleton. The hotel was a 10 minute drive / taxi / Uber to campus. Very convenient. It was also easy to jump on the Queensway to get downtown, or elsewhere in Ottawa.
Beds were a bit firm for my preference.

Very comfy beds, spacious rooms with toiletries and everything we needed for our stay. Although there were set options for breakfast, the staff was able to offer gluten free toast instead of the regular which was great for me as a coeliac. Free parking is included.

Too much noise throughout the night. People slamming doors and run up and down the hallway. The room was on the 1st floor, seems like something like that would have been addressed? Instead, another occupant in a different room asked them to keep it down
