Staff were impolite to us.

Cons:

When I booked the app showed me including breakfast that's why I chose this hotel. But didn't. Too expensive for this price if not included the breakfast. And Staff were not nice to us. So bad experience to stay.

1- clim bruyante toute la nuit, avec des enfants en bas âge c'est compliqué
2- Nous avions choisis l'option le petit déjeuner inclus : nous avons eu une petite liste de choix. Nous étions les derniers servis et les assiettes étaient toutes petites comparés aux autres qui prenaient la même chose que nous. Je signale que ce n'est pas un petit déjeuner offert mais bien payé lors de la réservation, ce n'est pas acceptable.
3- La chambre n'a jamais été nettoyee durant notre séjour, les draps n'ont jamais été changé même si nous l'avions demandé. Pour les serviettes on a du demander pour qu'ils nous les changent...
4- piscine extérieure fermée tout le temps alors qu'on est au mois d'août
5- l'hôtel est vraiment moche
6- Quartier moche, absolument avoir sa voiture pour bouger
Bref au final, mauvais séjour dans ce hôtel à Ottawa.

J’ai eu un beau séjour
Pros:

Le personnel est attentionné
Le déjeuner est bon
Il ya toujours de la place pour le parking
La piscine est propre

Cons:

Je n’ai pas aimé le service du petit déjeuner car une fois rendu au café, il ya une longue ligne d’attente puis pas assez de place pour tout le monde.

Best Western Plus Ottawa City Centre at its Best!
Pros:

The hotel is conveniently located and has been our go to for a few years while visiting the city. There is ample parking and electric chargers, if need be. The lobby is welcoming with a seating area, coffee bar and office area. The staff at the front desk are always very nice and helpful.
The lobby, hallways and elevators are clean and modern. Downstairs there is a restaurant/bar area. The food is good value for the money and service is great. There is a fitness room which has the expected equipment and is kept clean. There is also a laundry room with 2 washers and dryers. There is also an outdoor pool, but have not used it.
There are older smaller rooms in the front of the hotel and larger more modern rooms/suites at the back. The suites have no carpet, a plus for allergy sufferers! They are equipped with a full size fridge, a two pan induction stovetop, a Keurig coffee maker, kettle, toaster, microwave and dishwasher. There are dishes and cooking items as well as paper towels, dish soap, tea towels, etc. The bathrooms are a decent size and clean and modern.
I would recommend this hotel to anyone who wants a central location to all the attractions Ottawa has to offer.

Central Ottawa Hotel with full amenities. Great for our family.
Pros:

Really good location, and very accessible. 24/7 store across the street. Clean, elevator, great coffee policy, and I found the staff particularly friendly and competent.

Cons:

Restaurant/ Breakfast room way too small capacity, so we drove nearby for breakfast.
