Very comfortable room. The kitchenette and it all it contained exceeded our expectations. The beds were very comfortable.

Cons:

I liked that there was coffee for the adults, but a little pouch of hot chocolate for the kids would have been a nice touch, especially when coming in from the extreme cold and with the restaurant not open all the time.

I have had better stays at other Best Western properties.
Pros:

Room was quiet and location decent

Cons:

The breakfast area had been on renovations for about a month. It would have been nice to know prior to booking so that one can make an informed decision. Especially for those travelling with kids. Also, one should not have to call to get essential toiletries in the room.
