Very disappointed
Cons:

Booked a king room 3 months ahead of time but stuck us in a room with 2 double beds we complained but told us nothing they could do ridiculous poor management

An uncomfortable stay with a confused management, and a lobby under construction and messy.
Pros:

Due to the Construction no breakfast.

Cons:

I booked and confirmed a room with 2 beds, they gave us a room on the rear of the hotel with one kingsized bed and a fold out couch, Iwent back to the desk and told them we were needing a room with 2 beds, "That is all we have" was the answer, and that Booking.com screwed up. I had to call the desk again and request housekeeping to put some sheets on the fold out couch, the Woman who came from housekeeping had more concern for our comfort than either of the men checking us in, it was a confusing mess in the lobby. In the morning we were awakened by garbage trucks beeping reverse warning as several trucks came and went. I will never stay there again.

Staff was friendly. But the property itself could use some TLC

The tv was broken, about to fall off the wall. Tv was not connected to wifi so only have 10 channels

Pros:

I had a great experience with teh front desk staff. Very helpful and professional over the phone. I talked to real people in the location I was booking, and they remembered talking to me when I arrived. Top notch customer service.

Was not able to experience due to issues with my card
Pros:

The location was convenient

Cons:

After I showed my Id and Card for the stay and swipe my card for $200 I was told they didn’t accept the card at the property now I have to wait 7-10 days for my money back.

I was not happy with my stay I paid for a over night stay and checked out early
Pros:

The staff was friendly. The front desk clerk was very helpful and cheerful when I walked in made me feel very welcome.

Cons:

I checked out after only being in the room for about three hours the carpet was wet all over and there was no refrigerator for me to keep my food and water cold. The clerk was busy when I left so I didnt let him know I was leaving I was to aggravated that I got my only pair of socks wet and I have to go get some more from the store.

Pros:

The room was clean and comfortable, needs some updating. The food at the bistro was good. The lady taking our order at the bistro was not friendly at all! The lady that checked us in was okay, was not very friendly.

Cons:

price and staff at bistro was so rude

Good location, good hotel, just a couple of bumps.
Pros:

Location good, we came to be by OSF hospital, bed comfy.

Cons:

We booked thru booking.com and reserved a king room, but they gave us a 2 queens at check in. No big deal but not what we reserved. Shower did not have any soap, shampoo or conditioner. I know there was a remodel so probably just an oversite but we always count on that when we stay in hotels.
