A great hotel to stay at. We will definitely book again if we are ever in the area again.
Pros:

Very clean and updated

Cons:

The bill was a little confusing after check out. Not sure but looks like we were billed twice, wife is checking up on that tomorrow.

Pros:

It was comfortable and had good access to nearby places

Cons:

It's wasn't clean, when I asked why I was charged the first person just told me it would be back on my card in a few days and the second person actually explained me the problem. I was charged twice and can't get my money back from booking since it's a run around between contacting the property and customer service.

I would stay again.
Pros:

Downtown location. Next to Pere Marquette Hotel which has a nice restaurant.

Cons:

The coffee/snack bar was not always staffed. The exercise room had no air conditioning.

Overall, it was fine. The room was can and comfortable, but hotel was seriously understaffed.
Pros:

It is a nice modern facility located downtown and convenient

Cons:

The property is very understaffed. Are room lacked towels and pillow and sheets. Despite that, I will say the gentlemen at the front desk in the evening was very helpful and worked to get us what we needed. He deserves a raise.

It's okay!
Pros:

Comfortable room and clean.

Cons:

Long walk to parking deck and I hope I wasn't charged for parking however I am not sure yet. When I checked in there were cleaning personnel hanging around the front desk and I had to wait for them to move out of the way. While I was checking in my wife is a decaf coffee drinker and all that was available was regular so she had to spend $5 on one cup of coffee at in house Starbucks!! When I was checking out there was no attendant on duty. After 5 minutes or so he came through the front door riding his bike apologizing that he was a lunch break. This was at 6 AM. Also I had a hard time finding my room on the 6 floor because there was no number on my door. I finally figured out which one it was. I do believe it was 657 or something like that. I hope they put a number on it. I really think I will stay somewhere else next time I come back because of the small tiny problems

Absolutely terrible, their management communications were the worst i have ever experienced!!!!!!!!!
Pros:

Cons:

We got bumped from our reservation the morning of check in,paid for it 3 weeks prior
Said they overbooked and third party reservations were the first to lose their room!!!!!!!!!!
Obviously they don't understand the reservation process.
Totally threw my plans for the night in the shitter,planned on walking to and from Peoria civic center for concert.
Had to stay across river and uber there and back.
