Pros:

Mi piaciuta la camera, sufficientemente spaziosa, pulita, bagno abbastanza grande e molto confortevole, doccia molto grande, check in abbastanza veloce, parcheggio auto disponibile, Di fronte all'hotel c'è una ottima boulangerie ed infine il prezzo è davvero ottimo. Sicuramente la prossima volta in Amburgo ritornerò.

Cons:

Se proprio devo trovare difetti la posizione dell'hotel non è in un quartiere con locali e zone di ristoro, La reception non apre la mattina presto e durante il giorno difficile trovare personale a cui chiedere informazioni.

Pros:

Das Hotel ist sehr gut angebunden, direkt an der SBAHN Stellingen. Zimmer sehr geräumig, hell und sauber. Bett liegt sich gut. Badezimmer mit großer Dusche und Fön.

Cons:

Die Fenster (Doppelfenster) ließen sich nicht ankippen. Somit konnte man sich nur für ganz auf oder ganz zu entscheiden.

Für eine Nacht ausreichend. Tolle Lage
Pros:

Die Lage ist super wenn man zur Barclays Arena möchte. Der Shuttle ist keine 10min. weg. Wir konnten früher ins Zimmer und das Personal ist mega lieb und freundlich. Das Zimmer war toll eingerichtet und die Matratze sehr bequem.

Cons:

Ein Frühstück wird nur über einen Bäcker auf der gegenüberliegenden Seite angeboten. Es ähnelt einem "Junge", ist somit für alle frei zugänglich. Das gefiel uns nicht, daher haben wir es für 10,90 Euro nicht dazu gebucht. Kaffee oder Tee kann man sich leider auch nicht zubereiten. Für eine Nacht gerade so ausreichend. Leider sind die Zimmer sehr hellhörig, wir haben die Nachbarn am Kopfteil extrem gehört...

Hotel unbesetzt, Haupttür defekt und verschlossen

Das Team ist super. Immer freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Cons:

Die defekte Haupttür. Dieses Hotel ist nur ein kurzes Zeitfenster tagsüber besetzt und schon mittags ging der Türschnapper nicht, was auch gemeldet wurde. Abends standen über 14 Gäste nach dem Fußballspiel vor immer noch defekter Tür, verschlossener Tür. Nur ein Zettel dran,dass man diese nicht schließen soll. Daran hat sich wohl jemand nicht gehalten und schon war das Problem da.
Deswegen ist das ein absolutes no go so mit solch einem Defekt umzugehen. Die Notrufnummer endete nur in einer Bandansage. Absolut nervig. Während wir telefonieren wollten hat wohl jemand die Tür eingeschlagen,denn die Tür war nun offen. Sowas geht nicht bei solch einem Konzept liebes Team. Das lässt Vertrauen schwinden

Günstig und sauber.

Cons:

Wasser wird erst nach 3-4minuten warm. Eiskalt am Anfang. Die Umgebung ist wirklich nachts sehr Zwielichtig. Auf dem Parkplatz vor dem Hotel und auf dem Platz vor der Bahn Station stehen überall eher gruselige Menschen. Mein Auto wurde außerdem beschädigt, aber dafür kann das Hotel ja nichts.
