It was quiet. Close to a lot of attractions. The pool is nice.
Could use some updating.
The rooms were clean and good size. The pool was available but the hot tub was not working. The breakfast was decent and stocked. The hot chocolate machine was the best, my kids loved it.
The hot tub was out of order and not available for use.
The desk clerk was extremely helpful and friendly. Wish you had bacon at breakfast
Parking lot very bad shape! Suitcases fell off cart because of poor parking lot conditions.
Our room was clean.
Very dated and in disrepair. I’m sure one time years ago. This was a really nice building, but it is in rough shape.. when we walked in the host was in front of the check-in desk, cutting baseboard and helping redo the flooring right in front of the check-in area and in front of the elevator. It kind of coincides with the whole town of Millinocket and how depressed they are and have been ever since the mill went out.
Ok, same each day.
Variety
The hotel is not as advertised. No hotel tub, no on-site restaurant, and hotel needs major repairs. There was bitterly a caution sign in lobby saying not to walk in certain area of floor as it was unsafe. Room had no trash bags and could have used warmer blankets on bed. We were there when there was a major event happening in town and when we checked in after 3 there was only one person working and he made the comment that he had better get going because there were only a couple of rooms ready and he had better get to work as likely there would be and influx of people coming in wanting to rent a room. Pretty strange for sure.
I believe this hotel has promise but lots to address. Location is awesome near so many things
Best part was it was right on the sled trail with easy access to the Northern Timber Cruisers trail system which is really well maintained. Comfortable bed, clean room with good shower. Great restaurants nearby like River Drivers restaurant at NEOC.
Hotel breakfast wasn’t exciting, but there’s great breakfast spots nearby in town like the Appalachian trail restaurant. Bar, pool tables and other amenities were all closed off.
Breakfast was a little disappointing. There were no eggs either scrambled or hard boiled. The automated pancake machine was something I had never seen. It turned out perfectly cooked pancakes. 24/7 free coffee was a nice touch.
Pool side room, and the staff was very accommodating.
Dated, no toaster in the breakfast room and the restaurant and hot tub were both closed.
The room was nice and clean, the bed comfortable enough, and the front desk staff (Austin) was helpful. The breakfast was decent, nothing extravagant , but it filled the belly!
The Inn is undergoing a renovation. That did not take away from my stay there. The owners definitely have a passion to bring everything back to order, and I wish them nothing but the best of luck to fully renovate the Inn.
Friendly staff, room was clean
The facility itself, which had the indoor pool and gaming center as the main 3-story atrium. The window of our room looked out on this interior space, not the outside (so no view of the outside). The air was humid from the pool and noisy. The elevator and hallways were dirty.
the clerk was helpful and friendly for sure.
I didn't like the location or looks of the place. I booked the hotel for the hot tub usage and when we arrived, It was out of service!! This was a major bummer as that is what I was looking forward to. The floors were dirty, the pool tables you had to pay for which should be free as part of our stay.
Arcade for our kids.
Breakfast was horrible, pool was closed, no TV, slow internet, lobby was a ghost town with kids running it.
