Nice place but let down by the rooms.
Pros:

The reception staff were welcoming and helpful. Everyone in the restaurant was smiling, polite and attentive. The food was decent, lots of repeated items but I guess that is to be expected in a buffet setting. We went half board but might go breakfast only if we return here, there are plenty of restaurants in the vicinity. The restaurant and pool area were clean, well maintained; one of the pools was surprisingly warm! Can't comment on the adult entertainment, we retreated into our room after dinner every evening. Supermarket at a 2 min walk for essentials.

Cons:

The room we were given was a big let down. Clean but very dated and tired looking. AC (only in the bedroom) was a trickle, it wasn't particularly hot when we stayed, we would struggle on hot days/nights. Walls feel like made of plaster board, we could hear neighbours all the time, surely they could hear us too! The sofa beds are best avoided for sleeping if you love your neck, back and the holiday! Parking can get really tricky at busy times. My kid seemed to enjoy the mini disco but as an adult watching and sometimes participating, it was the same thing every day! The pools aren't big, so it can get full during busy periods, they look bigger in the pictures than they actually are.

Not what we expected.
Pros:

The location was perfect. Walking distance to many bars and restaurants
It was also spotlessly clean.
The pool area was stunning. The pools were clean and well kept. Looked really modern

Cons:

The food wasn't great, it wasn't bad. It was edible. We ate breakfast there most mornings then went out for lunch and dinner.
The all inclusive is very limited for cocktails. The local spirits that were included were good.
The room was wildly outdated. The pictures show the lovely renovated rooms. Ours was straight out the 90s and in desperate need of an uplift.
There was no air conditioning in the bedroom. We had to put it to freezing in the living room so we could feel anything in the bedroom.
The lighting in the rooms was terrible. It was so so dark all the time
Some of the loungers at the pool are in need of a replacement.

Una estancia maravillosa
Pros:

Hemos disfrutado muchísimo, el personal una maravilla, muy amables y muy atentos. El sitio en general muy bonito y muy cómodo. La comida del buffet ha estado genial

Quizá el mobiliario general del apartamento algo antiguo, y algún utensilio de cocina más vendría bien, como tijeras, platos hondos, y abridor de botellas. Y para limpiar estaría genial que dejaran kit de limpieza para fregar los platos.
