Inadmisible que en un hotel en España muchos camareros no sepan hablar castellano. La luz de la terraza no puede apagarse y entra muchísima luz en la habitación por la noche

Lovely resort, highly recommend.
Pros:

Extremely clean. Lovely adults only area. Really nice staff. Excellent cocktails especially from Sandra and Denise. Decent buffet food.

Cons:

As a young couple staying in an adults only junior suite, we were next to someone who made us feel rather uncomfortable at points. Although this is no fault of the resorts, some changes to enhance the privacy around the private pools and suite area would go along way (such as a larger dividing plants dividing the areas). Additionally, although the restaurant provided decent food for a buffet, we were not made aware by the hotel that the restaurant across the road was included in the premium all inclusive which served much nicer à la cart.

Me gusta mucho las piscinas sobre todo la de los niños pequeños está genial

No me gustó que aún hay que mejorar algunas habitaciones las que no están reformadas y este año había una de las piscinas cerrada y todo el mundo iba a la otra y se amontonó un poco de gente pero sin ser por eso el hotel está muy bien volveremos

Excellent facilities, very good food and perfect location. Definitely return here again.
Pros:

The rooms/suites were great, especially adult area where we were.

Cons:

Description said large double bed but was twins pushed together, the fridge in the room wasn’t cold and we had to chase a few times to get the private pool cleaned. But minor inconveniences, otherwise loved everything else.

location was good, staff were nice and helpful, place was really nice, very relaxing. Spa treatments were very good

Food was the same everyday and not a huge selection. we had a private pool, which did turn green after 1 day (stayed for a week) so we only got to use it once.

Bardzo sympatyczny i pomocny personel. Szczególne podziękowania dla Deo. Pyszne jedzenie. Bardzo duży wybór dla każdego w tym bezmięsny, ryby i owoce morza codziennie. Wiele animacji dla dzieci i dorosłych, nie przeszkadzają w odpoczynku jeśli ktoś woli spokój. Bus na plażę X2 dziennie. Ręczniki wymieniane codziennie. Przed bungalowem do dyspozycji własny stolik z krzesłami, leżaki i suszarki na pranie.

Cons:

Sprzątanie pozostawia trochę do życzenia. Kanapa zapiaszczona nieodkurzana. Okruchy pod poduszką na czystej pościeli.

There was no waiter service, all drinks had to be poured yourself, everything was watered down, and no one approached tourists at the pools. With all-inclusive, you had to bring everything yourself, and the food was mediocre.
