Terrible, no water to shower.
The servers were attentive and welcoming. I look forward to return
It's a very nice old hotel Hotel.
Beautiful property filled with rich history. Convenient location in Cap-Haitian! Walking distance from everything. Only Cons I had were mosquitos and small flies in the room and the shower head was broken.
My stay was excellent. The staff was well train. Belinda was very nice and tried to satisfy my needs. What I like the most is the environment. I did not have to go outside to have a good time. I already recommended it to some of my friends.
Well located in town. Nice grounds.
Rooms are a hit or miss. Within 2 weeks, 2 stays, 1 room was very spacious and nice, the other one was tiny, cramped and with a super soft terrible bed.
For the price, you would expect A/C more hours but very limited in super hot weather during the day and was turned on only around 7pm to 6 am at nights.
Restaurant food is excellent, good portions, super tasty. Well worth it.
Drinks are reasonably priced.
very quaint place
It was amazing
Service acceptable
Like the room ,did not the food.
It is a historical hotel. I enjoyed my time everytime I stay there.
Some of the bar staff was rude and behind the hotel has a dirty canal which created unlimited amount of mosquitos.
It was a great place to stay
Old boutique hotel in colonial style. Convenient proximity to the airport.
This hôtel beautiful and clean❤️❤️
building and grounds seemed appropriate and fit in with a Haitian/Caribbean setting. The place looked like it was supposed to look.
I’ve stayed at this property a few times before over the past 10 years. It got more expensive, but the service hasn’t caught up to the exorbitant price. I got to the hotel early at 10am, and was told check-in was 2pm, which was fine. I was able to leave my bags and went to explore. At check-in time, I was told I could come in but no towels were available yet until later on, they were still being washed. There were mosquitos in the bedroom, water drop coming from the ceiling. The TV and electricity worked ok. The WiFi was ok, in some specific spots. The location is good. The front desk staff was very unprofessional, even got super angry at me because I cancelled a taxi pick-up shortly after I placed it. Might you, the taxi pickup with their people was 8 times more than regular taxi you can get right outside, which I only learned about after they told me the price. Last but not least, I was attacked by a dozens of bees, got sting everywhere in my body, just walking toward my room. There was no notice about bees on the property. Some of the staff rushed in to help. A terrible experience overall.
Friendly staff
The Glen next to the Hotel.
Hotel Roi Christophe is a beautiful oasis in a busy city that can be chaotic. I have stayed here many times.
