Pros:

Les collaborateurs de l hôtel sont réactif et très commerçants, l hôtel est récent environ 7 ans, les chambres sont grandes. C est un hôtel xxl par sa tailles avez des restaurants tout autour.
Yvan le concierge de l hôtel nous a accueilli de manière parfaite, il fut un hôte exceptionnel nous servant de guide pour nos recherches. N hésitez pas à le solliciter.
C est un hôtel très bien entretenu, régulièrement mise à jour dans ces services, de nombreuses animations lors de la semaine dans les restaurants.

Cons:

La salle de sport est grande et bien équipée mais cela manque de présence, il y a une odeur de renfermé. Sinon c’est une des meilleures salles en terme d équipement que j ai faite pour un hôtel.

Confort y excelente ubicación en Panamá city
Pros:

Habitación con vista a la ciudad, espaciosa y con sistema de iluminación moderno, baño también con espacio adecuado, desayuno con bastante variedad.

Cons:

En el lavabo el agua salía caliente mientras que en la ducha se demoraba en salir agua tibia, no es un gran problema pero eso genera desperdicio de agua al no tener regulado de forma rápida la temperatura del agua.

Great comfortable hotel easy to get Ubers everywhere.
Pros:

Lovely comfortable bedroom, nice loungers by the pool. Easy to get Ubers everywhere and they gave us a free shuttle to the plaza mall which was a bonus and a welcome glass of fizz.

Cons:

Staff didn’t seem to care much or follow up on issues. The pool was freezing and quite dirty so didn’t go in. We run out of shower gel in the bathroom which was never topped up during our stay and the towels were a bit passed their best.

Ubicación y tamaño de la habitación.

Cons:

Alfombras con olor a humedad, aire acondicionado al máximo en los pasillos. Pésima atención al huésped de parte de una de las saloneras del turno de desayuno. Solicitamos hablar con el gerente de alimentos y bebidas y jamás nos respondió. El hotel no está a la altura de un 4* internacional de cadena. No lo recomendamos.

Fünf Sterne, teuer, ja, Service, nein
Pros:

Sehr gute Lage, mitten in der Stadt, Zimmer, außergewöhnlich groß, großes Bad, alles sehr sauber
Sehr großer Pool mit vielen Liegen sowohl im Schatten als auch in der Sonne

Cons:

Für ein Hotel dieser Preisklasse hätte ich mehr erwartet, im Zimmer gab es Teebeutel und Kaffeekapseln, aber weder einen Wasserkocher noch eine Kaffeemaschine, das haben wir bemängelt, eine Kaffeemaschine wurde dann hingestellt. Aber kein Wasserkocher. Der Kühlschrank steckte nicht in der Steckdose, das haben wir dann selbst gemacht, aber wirklich kalt ist er nicht geworden. Der Fernseher war an als wir kamen aber es gab keine Fernbedienung, diese wurde dann auf Nachfrage auch geliefert, es gab einen sehr großen Außenpool, der eigentlich auch sehr schön war, aber das Personal dort war ziemlich unmotiviert und leider nicht mal der englischen Sprache mächtig. (sorry aber in einem Fünfsternehotel sollte das Standard sein) auch sollte in einem Hotel dieser Klasse die Zimmerreinigung selbstverständlich sein, leider kam niemand. Das Personal an der Rezeption könnte ein wenig motivierter sein.

Awesome property! Great Staff! Excellent Location!!
Pros:

Breakfast Buffet was pricey at $50 but it is well worth it if you are watching calories like myself. The room was on the 16th floor one of the elite levels, super awesome room! Water pressure and hot water for the shower SUPERB! Housekeeping staff on point but not intrusive. All staff in general very polite and professional. Check-in/Check out smooth. No surprise fees, everything was asked first and inquired about beforehand. Pool area very modern and sheek. Enjoyed the pit BBQ on Sunday by the pool! Beef-brisket yum!!!! Uber picks you up fast and takes you anywhere. I encourage all to consume on the property but you may also buy little groceries from the chinese bodega and pharmacy across the street!

Cons:

Only thing I didnt like is not the property's fault, it is low season and there wasn't a lot of "movement"
