As soon as I beat him at the casino, they figure out a way to get me out. They’re crooks and criminals and scumbags.
Pros:

The CASINO’s rig they have a Scam auto shufflers. Everybody in the place is a scam. They’re hateful. They’re only looking for suckers. I’m missing stuff out of my room whenever we leave their thieves.

Cons:

It’s in the ghetto part of town still it cost a lot of money and it’s no value at all

I Repeat, this Hotel. I will repeat it very good.
Pros:

Location and comfortable rooms

Cons:

The line time to check in and also time to check out the checkout more easy. It will be more easy if guest can see the balance at the TV and check out on TV and just drop the card on the Lobby.

Antecedentes
- Reserva días 14 y 15 de Agosto 2026 a nombre de Dra. Monica Katz para Evento Medico Novo Nordisk
- Reserva habitación doble día 16 de Agosto de 2026 a nombre de Dr. Mario Groisman (conyuge de Dra. Monica Katz) por Booking

Hechos
- Llegamos el 14/08 aproximadamente a las 16,00 hs y tuvimos que esperar mas de una hora y media para que nos asignen habitación con cama matrimonial.
- Nos dieron una tarjeta y pedimos una segunda a lo que nos respondieron que tenian pocas tarjetas y en consecuencia entregaban una por habitación!!!
- Al llegar a la habitación 1306 era con dos camas!!!!
- Pedimos cambio y argumentaron no tener disponibles habitaciones con cama matrimonial. !!!
- En el check in solicitamos con mucha insistencia que se unifiquen las reservas para no tener inconvenientes ni cambio de habitación a lo que nos respondieron que si y que no habría ningún problema!!! Luego contare que paso al respecto.
- En los pasillos del piso 13 desde que llegamos hasta que nos fuimos habia basura en el piso frente a los ascensores y en el lobby igual, ningún funcionario los levanto durante toda nuestra estadia, las alfombras sucias y gastadas. Se nota un hotel desprolijo y con falta de limpieza.
- En la habitación al llegar no habia toallas, tampoco secador de cabello, la cafetera y el telefono no funcionaban, y las cortinas estaban rotas.
- Ni hablar del aire acondionado que no enfriaba y con 30 grados de temperatura la habitación estaba muy incomoda.
- El sabado 15 por la tarde al regresar a la habitación no estaba hecha y al reclamar argumentaron que no la hicieron porque la mucama de ese piso y turno habia faltado!!!

Pros:

I like that there are many restaurants in the hotel, the staff were mainly competent except for housekeeping

Cons:

Housekeeping was very poor, I kept having to call to get coffee pods, creamer etc, got no face towel even after asking for one along with other linen, pressed the button for service and came back hours later room was not yet cleaned
