Absolutely adored the Lyann! She works at the front desk! She’s so friendly & knowledgeable. Enjoyed my stay! And the views are amazing! Also very clean!

Spa at the Sortis. Hands down.
Pros:

I am Panamanian, and through the years I’ve visited many spas in the city, including expensive ones in the most fancy hotels. Over and over again the Spa at the Sortis keeps being the best in my opinion. The best installations and the best services. Last time Sandra provided the most magical, sacred and relaxing massage I’ve had. Sortis never disappoints!!

Baño y ducha con una decoración muy fría. No hay enchufes cerca de la mesa decoración noche. El AC de mi habitación no funcionaba y los tomacorrientes del escritorio tampoco. El comedor para el desayuno muy pequeño. Nunca pude comer un yogurt ya que el mesero nunca me facilitó una cuchara

Die Lage ist zentral. Das Casino eines der Besten in Panama, wenn nicht das Beste!

Cons:

Abgenutzt und alt. Durchgesessene Sofas, verkalkte und nicht funktionierende Duschköpfe. Das war absolut schlecht!! Beim Frühstück gab es keine Tische und es wurden immer noch mehr Gäste reingelassen. Absolut lächerlich und chaotisch und schlecht!!

Insgesamt waren wir zufrieden. Wenn Sie jedoch für diesen Preis ein erstklassiges 5-Sterne-Hotel auf dem Niveau von Häus
Pros:

Sehr geräumiges Zimmer mit grossem Bad und bequemen Betten. Meiner Meinung nach die beste Poolanlage in der Umgebung, auch der Gym Bereich war sehr gut ausgestattet und sauber. Zentrale Lage und ein gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis.

Cons:

Das Frühstück entspricht eher dem Standard eines 3-Sterne-Hotels und weniger dem eines 5-Sterne Hotels. Das Zimmer war grundsätzlich sauber, allerdings hätte der Boden gründlicher gereinigt werden können und die Vorhänge waren verschmutzt. Insgesamt waren wir dennoch zufrieden, da vergleichbare 4- bis 5-Sterne-Hotels mit ähnlicher Ausstattung und Lage deutlich teurer waren.

Clean and comfortable
Pros:

Stayed here during a stem cell operation. Everyone was so accommodating and friendly. Would stay again. Rooms were clean and roomy. Restaurants were great especially the one with breakfast included. Evenings it offers a variety of options. Louis was so helpful and friendly even though I wasn’t myself after surgery. He went out of his way to make sure I was comfortable.
