It was tolerable because only there 2 nights. But I’d want to see another room before I’d stay again
Pros:

Staff was friendly. Breakfast was good. Lobby was nicely decorated and clean. I liked that they allow pets. Grounds seemed nice.

Cons:

Room was a little rough. Lighting was either harsh or too little. Only a small mirror in room. Brownish red splatter on bathroom wall near light switch and sink I had to wipe off. Body wash bottle was empty. Hair on product bottles and light switch. AC made loud clattering noise when on. Mattress has worn dip that felt like you had to climb out of to roll over.

Comfy and perfect for our family
Pros:

This hotel was perfect for our family stay in Lynchburg. It was clean, comfortable, and felt very safe, which is something we truly value when traveling with kids. The staff were consistently kind, welcoming, and professional throughout our stay.
I’d especially like to extend my gratitude to the breakfast lady - your smile and kind words in the morning meant more than you know and truly made our days start on a positive note.
We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to other families visiting the area.
