Wyndham Grand Xian South

It is quite convenient to many spots. The room is spacious but all the facility is somehow old.

The staff are nice and helpful.

I stayed at this hotel from December 15 to 19, and it was an excellent experience. Everything about the room and the hotel, in general, was of a very high standard. The breakfast was also outstanding. In particular, Chef Mukesh Singh was exceptionally friendly and prepared delicious omelets (and any other dishes upon request). He also spoke English very well.

Just behind the 不夜城 tourist zone really close to the wild goose pagado much food options available.

I stayed here for 4 nights in late October, with my 30 year old son. From the start we had a lovely warm reception from all staff that we encountered , special mention to Frank the manager, Eden the chief concierge and chef Mukesh. They all went above our expectations to make sure that we enjoyed our stay and travels/excursions. The rooms were spacious and very comfortable as were the bedding and pillows. Lots of relaxed sitting areas next to main foyer and other areas, the spacious free laundry was also a handy nice surprise.
Only a couple minutes walking to the Mall ( Avenue of light) and all its attractions ( statues , monuments, food carts and shopping centres including a supermarket) which is all lit up of a evening with lanterns and music performers, follow the mall to the end and you will come to the Great Wild Goose Pagoda.
In the summer time you can expect the crowds to be up to 100,000 people a day when visiting the terracotta warriors , so Autumn was a good time to visit with much lower numbers of people. This was my favourite hotel whilst traveling traveling 4500 kms while in China.
Breakfast had so many different choices of dishes/foods to choose from.

Mukeshsingn the morning breakfast chef was very helpful and friendly. Nice breakfasts. Great concierge and friendly lobby manger. She was awesome!

Very nice clean hotel with a great breakfast. Swimmingpool good vor sport swimming. Perfekt Place vor Shopping. Massage are lovely

This hotel was stunning. It was just steps away from the “Avenue of light”, 1.5 km from a beautiful park. The breakfast had a large selection of Asian and Western. We chose Asian! The free laundry room is something to see…a library and treadmills to occupy you while you wait for laundry.

I wanted to take a moment to sincerely thank Chef Mukesh for being so friendly and helpful during my stay. I have traveled many places in China and this hotel is one of my very favorites.
The food is excellent, the rooms are clean and comfortable. An outstanding hotel.

Everything is thoroughly considered, whether it's your room, the gym (with chilled water and towels), the pool facilities (with lockers containing towels, pool slippers, a swimsuit dryer and with lovely showers), even the laundry room (with books and exercise equipment to keep you busy while you wait)! Great views of Xi'an and the sunset over the city; excellent staff; a fine mix of English and Chinese food for breakfast (including baked beans, very rare in China!) and a great German restaurant on top of tonnes of local places to eat. About 45 minutes from the Terracotta Warriors by taxi. I don't want to leave!

Great hotel in a great location in Xi’an. large hotel with big rooms - we had interconnected so that was great . Right next door to the main strip with nice shops and restaurants.
Good gym with an erg and even a separate women’s area . Nice breakfast .

Kiko and Zoe were super helpful and friendly. They helped us get a nice room with a good view and even gave us free breakfast vouchers. The hotel is very big and clean. Check-in was fast.

Wonderful experience

This hotel was beautiful and located right next to the Great Tang All Day Mall. The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly. The breakfast had so many options! The mall behind the hotel was great - daytime but especially nighttime. It was beautiful and had so many food and shopping options!

Easily the best hotel so far on our tour of China. Fabulous location in the Grand Tang area near the All Day Mall, the Pagoda and inside the Ever Bright City Light Show Extravaganza ( a must to wander around in the evening).. Friendly helpful staff in all departments who always greeted you with a smile. Perfect communal areas with an inviting lounge, reception and restaurant area. A German style restaurant on the ground floor. Bedrooms were immaculate, spacious with all the usual amenities to a high standard. Very comfortable beds ensuring a great night's sleep. Bathroom was roomy, spotlessly clean. No complaints whatsoever.
Breakfast choice was vast, catering for Chinese, European and American tastes. Nothing was too much trouble. a lovely hotel superbly run. Highly recommended.

Spacious contemporary hotel in Xian. Large rooms & immaculately clean.

Good location, convenient for all the entertainment on the Grand avenue, close to the Big Wild Goose pagoda at the South Gate and a good base for accessing the City Walls.

Very good Breakfast, with a wide variety of cuisines available.

I cannot comment on the hotel restaurant but the attached German bar was good for a late evening meal.

I had a wonderful stay at Wyndham Grand Xi’an. The room was absolutely beautiful – spacious, stylish, and thoughtfully designed. Everything was clean and well-maintained, and I especially loved the comfortable bed and elegant decor. It truly felt like a luxurious retreat after a long day of exploring the city.
