I’ll never stay again
Pros:

It was clean

Cons:

Elevator was broken, no shampoo or conditioner or body soap in room the bed was hard and uncomfortable

Pros:

Surprisingly the place was very clean and a really nice place to stay given the fact that it was being renovated while staying. Price was budget friendly. The staff was nice, inviting and helpful. Would recommend if you're looking for a place to stay that's nice and affordable

The location

Cons:

The rooms where small, the tub/shower seemed very weak and was scared to get in it cause I wasn't sure if I would fall through it or not. Wasn't cleaned the best the ac cut off and took awhile to turn back on. Elevator didn't work so we had to climb stairs to get to our room.

OK for a single night; would have moved to a different motel if staying longer.
Pros:

Location was very good; close to highway and main roads, restaurants, gas, etc.

Cons:

Facility was being renovated while still being open. Base boards missing, painting being done while we were there.
Bed sheets had stains - Rust? Blood?
Pillows were tiny.

Carelessly cleaned hotel with non caring employees.
Pros:

Not much to be honest. I was disappointed.

Cons:

My room was dirty. The coffee was weak and ran out. The food was mid. The door to my hotel was already open when I got there. The sheet was the wrong size for the bed. There was a stain on the bay window padding. There was an eyelash on the floor. And the sink wouldn’t drain. When I was checking out the girl wouldn’t even look up from her phone.

Pros:

I always love staying at the Microtel. It is very nice. Inconvenience for me. Very nice staff love the property will return again. That’s where I always stay.

Cons:

The only thing that I did not like about this time is the ice machine was not working properly at all other than that everything was fine

Pros:

there was construction noise all throughout the day.... they could have shut the hotel down for a couple of days to do repairs instead of having so much noise during the day.

Cons:

the noise and the cleaning staff listened to loud music during them cleaning adjascent rooms to ours.

You get what you pay for lol never again

I liked the price & location

Cons:

The lobby area had no a/c and the sheets were dirty we had to ask for clean sheets. 2nd night we asked for clean towels and the girl said she didn’t have any. We were woken up by a fire alarm that the girl said “it goes off at 8am every day,fire department needs to come check something “ and we were also awakened by the people in the workers talking loudly in the hallway .
