Very clean,breakfast great bad costumer services from front desk.
Pros:

The breakfast was hot an amazing an my room was very clean.

Cons:

The front desk staff very rude,I came for the pool an never was notified the pool was shut down until after I checked in an went up to my which should have been brought to my attention at check in time the front desk lady was rude also known as the supervisor.

I had a horrible experience
Pros:

I like how it’s not far from where I live

Cons:

How I was racially profiled when I entered in the hotel on February 7th at approximately 3pm to pay because they assumed that we where having a party because we where(African American) but it was a (Caucasian) with a whole football team checking in I feel like my service was an uncomfortable experience. Also the indoor pool was closed due to the heat not working, that messed up my whole experience in the hotel I will not be returning

Pros:

Everything was good but no pool.

Cons:

The indoor pool was closed. I only chose this location because of the pool. If I had known the pool was closed I would have stayed closer to my event. They said the pool was closed due to the water being too cold. I was okay paying more due to the amenities but then they are closed, That is so unfair. We should have received a discount or something. I won’t be staying here again.

Clean, comfortable hotel with friendly helpful staff.
Pros:

Staff was great. They were helpful and friendly. The bathroom was very clean. The room was very spacious. Breakfast was good.

Cons:

The faucet in the bathroom sink wouldn’t work properly. I couldn’t get a mix of hot and cold water. I had to wait a long time for the hot water to come out and when I turned the cold water on just a tiny bit to get the water comfortable, the water would become extremely cold.

The bed was okay but not the most comfortable. I ended up with hip pain after my 4th night.

Pros:

The rooms were extremely clean, the staff was great and my kids loved the pool

Cons:

There should be non pork options for breakfast. The pool should have life vest for children and maybe some inflatable items to use

Pros:

I love the space, the cleanliness of the place. The staff was pleasant, helpful and courteous. We enjoyed breakfast and the food selection provided was amazing. Overall, great value for the price.

Cons:

One thing I would have preferred is to be able to cancel my reservation easily especially after I had just booked it. However, I will not sweat it, since my family and I ended up staying anyway and the experience was great.
