The Location of the Hotel is excellent. The atmosphere of the surrounding area is relaxing and void of "Big City" calamity. The hotel is not constrained to the noise of the city which made the sleeping experience rewardable. Along with that, the service was in my opinion, "Top Notch". As a Hilton Lifetime Diamond Member, I have had the pleasure of visiting many Hilton properties, but the employees and staff of this location receive an A+. I have to mention the Desk Clerk, Crystal Alberto. This young lady went above and far beyond to make the stay extremely rewarding.

Let me be frank, Jazlin is a rockstar!! She’s the absolute best property manager in Houston and it’s not even close. This hotel is always clean and service is top notch. I always look forward to my stays here.

Crystal the young lady at the counter was very welcoming, also very patient and helpful finding our reservation after there was some confusion over the phone. Crystal has amazing customer service skills.

I am a Hilton honor gold member and usually stay at this hotel but my last stay wasn’t pleasant. I feel, I had intentionally mislead to hike the price without prior communication.

Crystal at the front desk was an excellent communicator and very helpful. I was missing pillow cases for the pull out bed and she brought them right up with a smile. Breakfast was good and the area was clean and stocked. Overall, a good one-night stay.

I checked in a few days ago. Jazlin is the best! Her welcoming smile and great personality shine. Within a few minutes I was checked in to the room I wanted for an extended stay, had my bottled water, and was off to my room.

When I travel to Houston, which is quite often, this is the only Hotel I want to stay at!

I had a really enjoyable stay at Home 2 Suites in Katy Texas during my work assignment for OneBeat Dance Brands. The rooms were comfortable, clean, and thoroughly designed-perfect for relaxing after long days of work.

One evening I had a lovely conversation with the manager on duty about our shared NYC experiences, which made the stay feel especially welcoming and personal. The breakfast was enjoyable and a great way to start the day, and I appreciated the overall calm, friendly atmosphere of the hotel.

Another big plus was the location - resturants, bars, and convenience stores were all within easy walking distance, which made getting around simple and stress-free. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone traveling for work or leisure.

The lady at check in was super sweet. The bed and sheets and pillow were so very comfortable.

We had a wonderful stay at Home2 Suites by Hyatt. The rooms were clean, modern, and very comfortable, especially the beds. The hotel is tech-friendly, the gym is nice and well maintained, and the breakfast offered a great variety of options each morning.

The location felt safe and convenient, which made everything easy during our trip. What truly stood out was the exceptional service. Jazmin was amazing…professional, friendly, efficient, and genuinely caring. She and Ms. Debra both went above and beyond to make sure we felt welcome had a great experience. They even welcomed our sweet doggie with open arms!

I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, convenience, great value for the price, and top-tier customer service!
