Hilton Garden Inn is OK place to stay
Pros:

The location is easy to find as it is just off the interstate. It's hard to get away from the traffic noise on the interstate, even on the other side of the hotel.

Cons:

The room rate was very high for this type of hotel.

Had to pay for breakfast that was a rip off. And don’t fall for the scam of drinking the two bottle waters on the counter. I’m a Hilton honors member and still charged me 6 bucks for two Great Value waters. Every other Hilton I’ve stayed at are free. Never came to make beds or change towels and we were there for five days. Had to go to front desk and bring old towels with you if you wanted new ones. Pool was gross so cloudy couldn’t see the bottom. Trash was over flowing at all the entrances. And the elevator smelt like soured trash

Terrible will never stay again!
Pros:

Hotel had no power for 2 days. Not happy that we had to go and stay 2 nights at 2 different hotels. Costed me more then i expected. Waiting on my refund fpr the 2 night stay that we didn't even end up ising the room.During power lost no emergency lights were on in the stairway. Definitely need more up.to code especially during a storm emergency.

Cons:

Lost power and no generator was used to bring power to the whole building.

The hotel is nice. Evening staff were very friendly and helpful. The day staff seemed a bit untrained. We were overcharged one extra day. It took multiple phone calls with Hilton and our credit card company to try to get this fixed. We are still waiting on the refund.

I payed for breakfast with my booking didn't get it they had free breakfast in stead only issue was my bed was very noisy every time you move or turn over

Good business hotel
Pros:

The staff were all very helpful. Tasha and the whole crew! From the food servers, food prep staff, front desk, everyone. I was traveling on business. They made my life so easy. I was able to do work and complete my meetings etc. Nice and clean hotel. Safe and easy to find. Good meal services too. Attentive staff.
