Pros:

I payed for breakfast with my booking didn't get it they had free breakfast in stead only issue was my bed was very noisy every time you move or turn over

Cons:

It was very quiet and thats what i came for peace...

Good business hotel
Pros:

The staff were all very helpful. Tasha and the whole crew! From the food servers, food prep staff, front desk, everyone. I was traveling on business. They made my life so easy. I was able to do work and complete my meetings etc. Nice and clean hotel. Safe and easy to find. Good meal services too. Attentive staff.

Probably won’t stay here again.

It was close to everything we needed to get to.

Cons:

We were promised a 3:00 check in and Didn’t get a room until almost 5 because they were still cleaning in it. They said they were taking money off our stay and then charged me for the full stay at check out. “Complimentary” breakfast still cost money, a picture online had a hot tub, no hot tub. A lot of money for really nothing!

Everything was great except for the bed frames. They are wooden with sharp points all over. Not well planned for families with little kids. The mirror could have been better secured to the wall as well.

We booked the room for accommodations of 5 people the booking site stated that room slept 6, when we got to our room it had 2 queen beds and a very small couch. So the room that was pretty expensive $400 a night barely accommodated 4 people let alone 5. If this was known prior to booking we could’ve just booked two rooms. So one of us had to try and sleep on a tiny sectional couch. False advertisement

Cons:

In order to get coffee with breakfast guests either have to purchase the "hot" breakfast or pay $4. I'd expect for $375/night there would be coffee (other than the in-room coffee maker). Ridiculous given the cost.
