Perfekter Kurztripp nach Hamburg in einem sehr tollen Hotel. Vielen Dank.
Pros:

Die Lage war perfekt. Das Personal überaus freundlich und zuvorkommend. Es war sauber und relativ ruhig, obwohl das Hotel an einer Hauptstraße liegt.

Cons:

Nicht gefallen ist das falsche Wort, aber die Schlafcouch der Kinder war sehr unbequem und am quietschen. Da hätten wir uns eine bessere Schlafmöglichkeit gewünscht.

Pros:

Centrale ligging van het hotel. Het centrum, De Reepherbaan en Speicherstadt zijn op loopafstand. De kamer was zeer schoon en het bed sliep prima. De vriendelijke man bij de receptie.

Cons:

Van te voren kan je een plek in de garage reserveren voor je auto, hiervoor betaal je 24 euro en dit is alleen tijdens je verblijf (van 15.00 - 11.00 uur). Voor de volgende keer zou ik dit niet weer reserveren, het is goedkoper een om naar een parkeergarage te gaan waar je 20 euro betaald voor 24 uur. Tevens stond er op de laadplek een niet elektrische auto en konden wij onze auto niet opladen en moest dit helaas nog onderweg naar huis. Hier zou het hotel meer rekening mee kunnen houden.

Schlechter Service beim buchen.
Pros:

Die Lage war für meine Zwecke sehr gut.

Cons:

Ich hatte ursprünglich eine Nacht über Booking gebucht. Musste aber aus terminlichen Gründen einen Nacht früher anreisen. Über Booking war eine "Zeitraumerweiterung" nicht möglich, angeblich kein Zimmer Frei. Also habe ich mit dem Hotel direkt telefoniert, die sagten Sie hätten noch 13 Zimmer frei. Telefonische Buchung ging oder wollte das Hotel nicht machen. Also musste ich die Online-Buchung auf dem Autobahnparkplatz machen. Auch eine Gesamtrechnung war nicht möglich. Dahingehend ein sehr schlechter Service!!!

Spitzen Kurztrip, den wir sicherlich, sollten wir wieder mal in Hamburg übernachten
Pros:

Super Lage - Alles kann prblemlos zu Fuß oder mit S- oder U-Bahn erledigt werden.
Die Zimmer ware sehr groß und geräumig - mit eigener Küchenzeile, so dass man auch morgens sein Frühstück selber zubereiten könnte.

ABER das wäre nichts gegen das tolle und großzügig angelegte Frühstücksbuffet am Morgen.
