Pros:

Leider waren im Zimmer ein paar Haare "verteilt". Darüber hinaus war es aber sehr sauber und ordentlich.

Sehr reichhaltiges Frühstück, für jeden was dabei. Etwas mehr zuckerfrei wäre super. Der Kaffee war geschmacklich nicht sonderlich gut, aber ok.

Den Lärm der Straße hört man mit geschlossenen Fenstern nicht. Da es eine Klimaanlage gibt, können die Fenster geschlossen bleiben.

Sämtliche Mitarbeiter waren überaus freundlich und man fühlt sich wohl.

Praktisch ist das Parkhaus und die Nähe zum Hafen und zur Hafencity. Es ist also, trotz Hauptstraße, gut gelegen.

Super Lage für unseren Kurztrip, toll ausgestattet
Pros:

Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt. Das Zimmer war top ausgestattet, die Küche konnten wir für unser kleines Frühstück gut nutzen- alle Utensilien sind vorhanden! Die Zimmer sind toll eingerichtet, sauber, das Bett war bequem und die Lage des Hotels war für unsere Bedürfnisse perfekt. S- Bahn, U- Bahn in unmittelbarer Nähe. Der Fußweg zum Hafen beträgt ca 10 min. Alles hat für (lediglich) 1 Nacht und unser Musical Event wunderbar gepasst.
Das Personal war freundlich. Wir konnten am Abreisetag unsere Koffer kostenfrei bis zu unserem Abflug aufbewahren lassen. In der Lobby konnten wir freies Wasser „tanken“ und Kaffe gab es wohl auch- haben wir allerdings nicht genutzt.

Kein gescheite Begrüßung.... Oder kein Hallo und aufwidersehen... Das sollte man noch trainieren

Man kann sich den ganzen Tag am Kaffeeautomat bedienen, das ist gerade bei trübem, kalten Wetter klasse!

Cons:

Mir ist bei der städtischen Hotelwahl sehr wichtig das ich einen Hotelparkplatz habe! Nach dem Buchen war dann die Tiefgarage belegt und auch auf Nachfrage alle Stellplätze über alle Tage ausgebucht. Das war ein sehr großer Aufwand, zumal mein Mann gehbehindert ist. Sehr ernüchternd!

Prima appartement, goede bedden. Handig een eigen keuken. En op korte loopafstand een bakker, Edeka en restaurantjes

Cons:

De kamer is in de nacht te warm, zelfs zonder verwarming. De kamer ligt aan een luidruchtige weg waardoor in de nacht de ramen niet open kunnen. Tip: vraag een kamer aan de achterkant.
