La alfombra tenía un olor muy mal al entrar inmediatamente nos dimos cuenta ya que era un poco intenso el aroma, las llaves de la regadera no servían y el personal no te brinda muy buena atención, y al mismo tiempo no controla el comportamiento de los huéspedes ya que estaban haciendo mucho ruido y fue difícil descansar

Cons:

Que me cancelaron mi acceso a la habitación (en contrato decía 4 noches y fue como lo solicite y resulta que en mi segunda noche cancelaron mi acceso al cuarto por decisión del hotel) dicen que solo se habían pagado tres noches siendo que yo lo contraté cuatro noches y así decía el contrato que me dieron a firmar. En fin siendo que fue error de ellos y que apenas era la segunda noche que si estaba pagada procedieron a cancelar mi acceso y aún así la recepcionista se atrevió a decir que no estaba cancelada (la molestia son las mentiras y que cancelaron mi acceso a la habitación aún así que las noches estaban pagadas, considero que tenian tiempo dos noches más para aclarar el error de ellos). La decisión que tomaron en cancelar el acceso a mi habitación rentada considero que fue errónea y precipitada.
Siendo que fue error del hotel; no mi error.

El colchón estaba muy vencido, me caía si me iba cerca de la orilla, o me sentaba, se sumia mucho, no era nada comodo

Por el precio es una excelente opción, cómodo, limpio, el desayuno muy completo, excedió nuestras expectativas.

Cons:

El único detalle es que no tenían agua embotellada, quiero pensar que es porque tienen un Oxxo al lado, desafortunadamente estaba cerrado y no pudimos comprar agua para beber. Podrían tener botellas de agua para cuando algún huésped necesite.
