Good experience
Clean
The breakfast was good. Plus next to a few fast food locations. I am king David and just waiting for Whitehouse.
Toilets are short and I don't like microwave. Feel most would do better with air fryer or toaster oven over microwave
very nice staff, clean, quite.
did have to move rooms due to problem but handled very well.
Breakfast was quite good, the eggs weren't overcooked!
Not much.
Location
The front staff was very friendly and helpful.
Hotel interior was a little dated.
I liked that they put me in a room near to the exit. That's about the only thing that was positive about my stay. More than likely won't be staying at a Best Western again.
The room was clean and that's great. But everything was really low quality from the towels to the comforter on the bed to how tough the bed was. The TV even kept on turning on and off on its own. Again probably wont be staying at a Best Western again.
Location is good especially the easy access to food
Place is quiet which is good for rest
Non smoking is the best way to go
At least a bottle of water in the room
Die Lage und das Frühstück waren in Ordnung.
Das Mobiliar und die Austattung sind in die Jahre gekommen.
The breakfast was ok, but why add bell peppers to hash browns? It can only keep some people from eating it at all, and I don't think it makes anyone eat it who otherwise wouldn't have. The nice cook did make me some corned beef hash (which was the actual thing on the menu that day, but was not offered), and that was good.
In our first room, we had to turn the refrigerator off because it was so noisy. In the middle of the night, the ceiling of the bathroom started dripping on the toilet (a lot). The next morning we were given a different room, so had to move our things. In that room, the toilet ran every 4 or 5 minutes, so we had to shut off the water feed overnight. The staff was very nice, however.
A good stopover that’s convenient to I5. The area is a bit run down, but there’s a great pizza place right across the parking lot.
The restroom near the breakfast room was locked, after a long while I tried it again, after the third attempt I asked the desk clerk if there was another restroom. She indicated that they locked it to dissuade vagrants from coming in. There was NO SIGN to indicate such information and to get the staff to open the restroom.
Additionally, the breakfast was left to run out while the staff chatted with friends...
The noise level of the guests above us was incredibly loud.
Not a place I would recommend!!
Breakfast had a god assortment of choices including a decent steam table line. On my Monday morning, it was scrambled eggs or biscuits and gravy and sausages. Their menu board indicated a variety of other choices on other mornings.
