I felt uncomfortable more than comfortable
Pros:

The location of the hotel is close to Coex mall and Parnas mall and there is a good bakery down the street, a couple of convenient stores but the staff working at them weren't so friendly with foreigners

Cons:

I had really high expectation for this hotel, but I was somewhat disappointed. At first, the bathrooms didn't have bidet except for king-sized rooms weirdly enough the rooms with twin-beds didn't offer this so we had to change rooms to king sized beds🥲 thankfully they didn't request extra charges. The manger's attitude at the reception was also odd when we finished changing rooms upon request, he kept typing on the computer without saying a word and was silent for 10 minutes before he asks, "anything else?" we kept staring at each other strangely as he didn't tell us that he had finished changing rooms and that we needed to head upstairs. Also, the sound insulation in their rooms was SO bad we kept hearing uncomfortable sounds during Christmas nights from the room above us +18 I'm still sadly trying to remove that memory from my head. Also, the location doesn't offer plenty of coffee-shops or restaurants nearby you have to walk or take the bus to grab a coffee if you wanted to change from the bakery down the street. They kept a mini bar at the room with overpriced chocolate and chips and you had to pay if you wanted to eat -we mistakenly eaten chips that costed us 7700 won for a small size- Also the room size wasn't even a bit spacious I know most hotels have small sized rooms but you still at least know how to walk between beds comfortably and open your luggage. Anyways, I don't think I'll ever again stay at this hotel there are better options in Gangnam.
