My pillow had something nasty stuck to it - almost looked like dirty gum. This is one of those places that does not change out the sheets between guests. I was also stalked and someone who I did not want to know where I was found my location and followed me there and pounded on the door, and the lady at the front desk treated me like it was my fault and basically said that if he came back I would have to leave.
Night staff was friendly.
Left personal pillows in the room. I called when I got home and was told to call in the morning. I called morning staff was rude ans stated there was nothing found. Do they kept my pillows and staff hung up on me. I will not be doing business with them ever again.
It was easy access from the interstate.
The beds are hard as the floor and if you aren't there before 3pm they will charge whatever card is on file so you won't be able to use a different card at check in.

I got yelled at and threatened to be put out for asking for a charger. There’s a way to talk to people and that’s not it.

Everything!! There were roaches all around. I barely had any rest looking everywhere. No shampoo, no extra pillows, small towels.

Sheets covered in burn marks and holes in the walls and shower was a complete disaster
Good location
The room needs a deep clean- bedding, walls, shower, doors, shelving, everything! Water ran constantly in the tub, wouldn't shut off. Pillows were nasty. Beds were broken down and uncomfortable. Mattress protectors were disgusting, sheets stained, covers old and full of cigarette burns. Toilet lid completely unattached to base.

It was disgraceful disgusting I didn’t even wanna touch anything in that room. This place is dispicabke and down right filthy
Convenient location
Graffiti on inside of bathroom door. Noisy AC unit, with touchy controls. Outside lights penetrate bottom and sides of window curtain. Seal torn on refrigerator. Small amount of dirt on sheet under bedspread.
