Pros:

The closeness to the train station. Location in general, very central.
Staff were absolutely lovely.
Free tea and coffee.
Rooms clean, lovely pillows.
Luggage storage safe.
Lovely communal cafe

Check-in. Nehzen ment, de cask mert a vezetéknevem et nem fogadta el a rendszer, míg eszembe nem jutott, hogy talan a keresztnevemet akarja . Ha az ember egyedül van és fáradt, ezek a dolgok nem jönnek ilyen automatán és ront az élményen.

Me cancelaron la reserva por no show. Cuando iba a entrar antes del check in del próximo día. Me cobraron mas dos noches. Eramos 10 personas y nos hicieron pasar el peor momento del viaje de vacaciones. Nunca más pisaré esta cadena de hoteles en mi vida y me encargaré de transmitirles esto a todos los que conozco

Pros:

Location. Diagonally opposite Oslo S (central train station). Take the exit door towards Karl Johan Gate, 2-3 minutes walk you reach the hotel.
Walkable to main attractions. Hotel exit turn right lead you to Opera House, Munch Museum. Hotel exit turn left lead you to Karl Johan gate - walk all the way up to the end is Royal Palace , in which City Hall , Nobel Price museum , Aker Brygge are reachable along the way.

Tranquila e agradável.
Pros:

A localização e as condições do quarto. Quanto á localização, fica junto da estação central de Oslo, todos transportes públicos estão a dois passos do Hotel. O quarto era muito agradável e acolhedor tinha tudo o que era necessário. Um hotel a repetir quando voltar a Oslo.
