Wifi was horrible, it is necessary this day and age, especially with children, tv channels were just as bad, for the amount I paid for the room it was a giant inconvenience.

Gostei do tamanho do quarto, do tamanho do banheiro, do conforto da cama, da limpeza do quarto, da limpeza e do cheiro da roupa de cama e da roupa de banho!
Tudo limpíssimo e impecável!

Foi servido um ótimo café da manhã e, além do café da manhã, tinha chá, café, suco, água e chocolate quente, disponível 24 horas para os clientes.

when i pulled put futon was chips and popcorn and toys under it that it wasnt cleaned up there was no extra sheets pillows or blankets for the futon but did call front and she retrieved them quickly but no blanket warm wasnt that warm heat was on 70

Hotel was overbooked and they did not have a room for me when I showed up!!
Cons:

Showed up to the hotel and was turned away despite having a reservation!! When I made the reservation, I notified the hotel that I will be arriving between 10-11pm which was approved by the hotel which they notified me through the messaging on Booking.com. When I arrived at 10:50pm, the front desk staff told me that earlier in the day, they realized they overbooked for the night and they did not have a room for me to stay at. Instead of notifying me earlier in the day when the hotel realized their error (which would have given me more time to make another reservation at another place), they did nothing and waited for me to arrive and tell me in person that they did not have a room for me. I was four hours away from home and it took me another hour to find an available room since the majority of hotels were already booked for the night. Whoever is managing this hotel clearly does not care about the customers.

About what I would expect from a comfort Inn, the bed was comfortable. The room was clean. The hotel felt a little “sadder” than typical

Cons:

Little further from Mount Snow, where I skied, than I would prefer to stay
More expensive than I would’ve expected to pay for this type of accommodations

Clean and comfortable room, great price, but disappointing breakfast
Pros:

The room was very clean and comfortable. Great price over a long weekend.

Cons:

The staff who welcomed us was not very friendly. The breakfast buffet was disappointing, with most of the things already finished at 7:30 in the morning.

The hotel was adequate and met our needs.
Pros:

The breakfast was great. Good hot food and a big selection of other types of food. Love the mini waffle maker. Staff behind the check in counter was very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

The TV connection was poor. The picture quality was faded in and out. The shower had a high pitched sound some of the time. The room key needed to be reprogrammed to let us in the room once during our stay.

Good stay in Brattleboro.

Feels like home away from home
Pros:

The staff is always friendly and helpful. Rooms are comfortable and clean. This particular hotel is our go to when we travel to Brattleboro.
