Good hotel. A bit expensive but with such a great location.
Pros:

The staff who work at the breakfast buffet were great, and the buffet in itself was quite good given its reduced size.

Cons:

The buffet is very uncomfortable for the customer as the serving trays are all covered by a big glass lid, and you can't hold the lid, your plate and pick the food all at the same time, so you end up undertaking a juggling exercise.

After some confusion over booking, staff was very accommodating. Hotel is in a good, central location. The breakfast was the best we encountered the entire trip. The rooftop bar has a fabulous 360 degree view of the city. We booked three suites - two to accommodate 4 people each. Given what we paid, the rooms were below expectation - essentially a king bed and a trundle bed. Bathrooms were nice, but very small.

Cons:

Size and layout of rooms. Way too expensive given other places we have stayed in Europe.

Location, location. But the best was the staff!! From check in, to the bartenders, to the chefs (excellent cooking class), the service was above and beyond. We will be back!!
