The staff was super friendly while checking in and the breakfast had a good variety.

The staff was excellent. Specially Ulices Mieres. Hotel garden is very nice.

Friendly staff, restaurant options very poor

Close to the airport. Close to the waterfalls park. Rio de Uruguay bus stops right in front of the hotel (and drops off across the street. The restaurant has great food. If you are looking for a hotel with spacious rooms, near the airport/park, and with food on site then this hotel is perfect.

My room was spacious, but the bathroom needed to be updated. No big deal.

It was challenging as no one spoke English and communicating anything was very hard.

Salvo a simpatia da recepcionista Keila, no mais tudo foi extremamente decepcionante! Uma pena ver um hotel em local tão bonito, completamente descuidado. Muito, muito sujo! Precisando de manutenção e cuidado! Escolhi pelas avaliações e as fotos do hotel. Era para ficar mais dias, mas só fiquei uma noite. Piscinas, jacuzzi, áreas externas, varandas e os quartos muito sujos. Pela situação atual do hotel, nem foi tão inesperado ver uma barata grande voando pelo quarto, até foi para ao banheiro, onde consegui matá-la.

El lugar se nota que en algún momento fué muy bueno, hoy en dia se encuentra algo abandonado, y con detalles de poco mantenimiento evidente!

Desayuno desastroso con pocas opciones para escoger,la piscina muy sucia y el agua extremadamente fría,el menú del restaurante malísimo. Habitaciones ok y staff amable.

Lençóis sujos, toalhas de má qualidade. Poderiam ser mais cuidadosos com a limpeza.

Staff is very friendly. Restaurant and food are excellent. What kept me from giving it 5 stars is because it needs an upgrade but it looks like all hotels in the area need one. Will definitely stay again

The front desk staff were very helpful, friendly and kind, Emilia was the best, she was great

Small airline type pillows. No coffee pot in room. You have to use room key to turn on power so the hall and room was like and oven. It finally started to cool when we left to check out. We arrived 30 min after restaurant closed. They should have pre-made sandwiches/fruit plates to sell to late arrivals. Kids were playing hide-n-go seek so running up and down hall outside room.
