La habitación ocean front

Cons:

Hubo un problema con la reserva y la 1° noche nos dieron una habitación que no era la contratada. Como fuimos 3 noches, sólo pudimos disfrutar de la habitación oean front 2 de las 3 noches. Alice de recepción resolvió el inconveniente muy amablemente.

This is a hotel for drunken teenagers on spring break and not serious travellers or couples
Pros:

nothing. staff was unfriendly and ineficcient. room was noisy , filthy and not what i requested /booked.

Cons:

The hotel lost my reservation. When I brought it to their attention they made it out to be my fault. The room i received was on top of a parking lot with maintenace works going on very early morining and loud noises from cars and people at night. This place is a gigantic tourist trap do not fall for the flashy pictures online. This is a hotel for drunken teenagers on spring break and not serious travellers or couples

Overall, great experience will be back. Highly recommended!! They did forget to do the decoration same day for my sister

Cons:

I didn’t like the rug in the bedroom and the bathroom had a foul smell in that came out of the vent.

La chambre super grande et l’emplacement

Les soirées, beaucoup de fêtes donc difficile a dormir et un peu l’organisation du personnel, petit déjeuner n’est pas prêt comme l’horaire indiqué

Indicaria a um amigo, apenas se não for no quarto 25 !
Cons:

O cheiro do quarto , toda vez que entravamos tem cheiro de fossa , não acredito que todas as acomodações sejam assim. Em específico meu quarto era o 25.

Hotel barulhento e em ritmo de balada

Localização e vista da piscina.

Cons:

O hotel é bem badalado e parece um beach Club. Muito movimentado o tempo todo, muito barulho.
No check-in a limpeza do quarto atrasou 1h. Chegamos às 14h e fomos liberados para entrar às 16h.
No dia 01/01/26 era aniversário do hotel e fizeram uma festa que durou até tarde. Teve queima de fogos às 22h, muitas pessoas rindo e gritando, música super alta, parecia que a festa estava dentro do meu quarto.
O serviço do café da manhã é péssimo, demoram para atender e para levar o pedido. No segundo dia esperamos por 50 minutos.
No dia 31/12 não conseguimos fazer pedido de comida devido à algazarra do local.
Ralo do chuveiro entupido, parecia uma piscina quando ia tomar banho.
Definitivamente não recomendo, quando se busca conforto, descanso e comodidades não é o local ideal.

Pros:

It was a nice property in a nice, centralized area of Pietermaai. Many restaurants within walking distance and close fo a dive shop, which was perfect for my stay. The pool are was nice and my room was beautiful, with a sea view.

Cons:

Unfortunately my room was also over the bar area. If you're there over the weekend or a holiday, the party goes on later than on a week day, so just be aware of that. I was able to fall asleep, but I fell asleep to bass and laughter from downstairs.
