اشكر موظفين الاستقبال ورجال الامن على تفانيهم وجتهادهم بالعمل واجازه سعيدة الى ادارة وباقي الاقسام في الفندق

كل احتياجاتك قريبة منك وخدمة الاستقبال كانت ممتازة جداً ولاكن في تقصير في العمل من جهة الاقسام الاخرة في الفندق مثل الادارة وعمال النظافة لدرجه انه لايوجد في الفندق شخص يعمل بتفاني الا موظفة الاستقبل فقط والباقي الموظفين في جازه

سوء خدمة التنظيف ولا يوجد ادوات صحية ثلاث ليالي جلست ماجاني خدمة تنظيف الغرفه بعد الاحاح وتصالات ونزول للاستقبال طول الفترة التواجد

The location only

Cons:

The staff was not supportive or helpful at all, even after I requested assistance several times. I also called the hotel manager, but there was no response. Despite my repeated requests, the staff remained unhelpful. This was a very disappointing experience and fell far below the level of service I expected.
