Pros:

The hotel was amazing. The property was very clean. We loved the walk-in showers, but the thing we loved most about this was the staff. The staff was so nice and friendly and generous. They helped us out so much.

Pros:

Estuve allí alojado por un congreso, y el trato del personal tanto en recepción, las del desayuno incluyendo a la Señorita Daña del desayuno , como Raven en la recepción fue una experiencia increíble.
Te hacen sentir como en casa aun estando tan lejos de ella.
Si el trabajo me manda de vuelta a esa ciudad, para otro congreso. Sin duda me quedaría allí con los ojos cerrados.
Un sitio muy recomendable y limpio.

Pros:

The sheets were very soft. The shower was large and felt safe. The halls were quiet at night and breakfast was delicious.

Pros:

Breakfast quality was great. The service was OK. There were only 4 patrons in the restaurant, and my order took over an hour and I was asked MULTIPLE times what my order was/

I had an amazing stay at Hotel Indigo Beachwood, Ohio. The staff was outstanding—friendly, welcoming, and always helpful. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and had a great atmosphere. I would definitely recommend staying here and look forward to coming back!

Pros:

Hotel was very clean. Welcomed at the front desk by Bella. Very polite and professional. Even provided me with w bandaid that I needed for my finger. I had requested a feather free room (allergy) prior to arrival. A mistake I made was not checking the pillows prior to bedtime. At 1015pm I realized all the pillows were Down. I called downstairs and Bella said she’d look to try to make it right. 5 minutes later a knock at my door delivered 4 non-feathered pillows with an apology. Any other chain hotel would have told me “too bad housekeeping is gone for the night”. Bella went above and beyond to accommodate a mistake and made it right for a good nights sleep. Kudos!

Pros:

Very dissatisfied when the TV does not work, room change is the solution, then I'm asked to go down and get the keys. Same request when left with no towells. Staff was generally nice after those requests especially @ breakfast bar. Noisey barn doors for poorly lit bath provided no privacy.

Quality boutique hotel
Pros:

The hotel is well located and easily accessible. Close to restaurants and shops. We liked the equestrian theme as we have horses. Bedding was comfy with quality linens and pillows. Front desk was always friendly. Highly recommend this hotel. We'll be back

No bath available due to water restrictions. No breakfast unless you want to pay - seemed sterile and unappetizing, so we ate elsewhere.
