Whoever manages the place should coach and communicate expectations to team.
Pros:

The beds were nice. I wish the bathroom door locked or fully shut.

Cons:

The staff was hit or miss and weren’t all on the same page with anything I asked. Communication seems like it lacks here. I’m writing this from the breakfast area where it’s 9am and the girl is cleaning up and told me they close soon. Literally took my table placement off while I’m sitting here.

Pros:

The hotel was amazing. The property was very clean. We loved the walk-in showers, but the thing we loved most about this was the staff. The staff was so nice and friendly and generous. They helped us out so much.

Amazing staff and location!
Pros:

I had the most amazing experience at this location. The staff and management were delightful to work with. They are very accommodating, friendly, and down to earth.
Linda, the manager there greeted me with wine when I checked in and my good bag in my room had the most delicious snacks. My room was clean all the time and smelled good! This trip was the best I've had coming through Cleveland so thank you Hotel Indigo!

Calm and Quiet but Dated
Pros:

The location was right off of the exit and was easily accessible for my business trip and all the events we had planned around Beachwood. The atmosphere was calm and quiet during my stay. My room was the perfect temperature and the pillows and bed were comfy. I was unable to visit the steakhouse onsite as our company had dinner planned each evening (highly suggest Bar Italia), but I was looking forward to trying the Hyde Park steakhouse because I have visited the one in Columbus and loved it. The only downfall was the cleanliness; the bathroom had some mold in the upper right-hand corner of the shower ceiling due to moisture. The sheets and room were very clean. The hotel itself is a little dated, but I felt right at home and the staff was nice and very attentive during my stay.

Pros:

Estuve allí alojado por un congreso, y el trato del personal tanto en recepción, las del desayuno incluyendo a la Señorita Daña del desayuno , como Raven en la recepción fue una experiencia increíble.
Te hacen sentir como en casa aun estando tan lejos de ella.
Si el trabajo me manda de vuelta a esa ciudad, para otro congreso. Sin duda me quedaría allí con los ojos cerrados.
Un sitio muy recomendable y limpio.
