El hotel tiene áreas lindas
La habitación muy austera, cama muy incomoda y en el baño no tiene en ducha ni dónde poner tus artículos de aseo personal
El lugar es súper cómodo, las instalaciones son demasiado bonitas bueno para olvidarte del ruido de la ciudad
El ambiente relajado, desconectar de la ciudad y sobre todo su personal super amables y un trato calido.

Un lugar agradable y en total silencio, un lugar para despejarte. Pedí una habitación para 3 y muy buena recepción nos proporcionaron una habitación más que estaba a un lado. Muy buen manejo de servicio
La cama muy incomoda, no pude descansar bien, no cuentan con servicio de TV, y la alberca el agua estaba fría, en la descripción conectan que esta templada, pero nada que ver.
Además nos llamaron a media noche cuando ya estábamos durmiendo, preguntando que si estábamos en la habitación

Było czysto i miły personel. Nie korzystaliśmy z basenu więc tego nie oceniamy.
Dostaliśmy pokój przy recepcji więc do 23/24 był hałas przez ludzi którzy tam spędzali czas. Zgłaszaliśmy to, ale chyba nie była zwrócona im uwaga. Szokujący był brak ręczników w wyposażeniu pokoju. Dopiero po zameldowaniu przeczytaliśmy że są za dodatkową opłatą, co faktycznie było wcześniej wspomniane w opisie, natomiast jak na 4 gwiazdkowy hotel i taką ceną uważam że jest to niedopuszczalne. W pokoju było jedno wielkie okno na zewnętrzny korytarz hotelu, po którym ciągle ktoś chodził, więc aby zasłonić wnętrze pokoju, okno musiało być całkowicie zasłonięte przez co było bardzo ciemno od samego rana.
Dodatkowo nikt nie mówi po angielsku i na śniadaniu pan dał nam do zrozumienia że możemy wziąć wszystko, po czym gdy dopytaliśmy pani na recepcji okazało się że w cenie mamy tylko jedną pozycję z menu, tak więc jak już dostaliśmy owoce tak tylko je mogliśmy zjeść na śniadanie w cenie.
Co prawda była to bardzo duża i smaczna porcja. Pokój w rzeczywistości wyglądał trochę gorzej niż na zdjęciach.
