Simple, good value and really good location.
Pros:

The number one best thing about the hotel is the location. It is also a pretty good value. You are three blocks from the Palmas de Cortez pickleball resort and two blocks from the beach. The room was very basic, but sufficient. Bed was the same, basic, but sufficient. My room was pretty quiet. There is a nice pool.

Pros:

Quiet and so clean, beautiful pool but not heated so very cold, rooms are spacious and had a refrigerator. Bed was hard but still slept well. Staff are very helpful. Close walk to beach, restaurants and stores. Stayed 2 weeks, wish prices were discounted for a long stay but well worth it.

Cons:

Cold pool, no hot tub, hard beds, no food at hotel but free coffee and purified water.

L'architettura del palazzo e la zona piscina
Receptionist molto gentile e disponibile (mi ha fatto visitare tutte le stanze libere per farmi scegliere)

Cons:

Le stanze sono un po' vecchie e usurate, così come i tessili.
Poca pressione nella doccia.
Il fatto che dall'hotel non si veda il mare, che dista 10-15 minuti a piedi

Great location, quiet and a good price

Cons:

The beds were firm which i like but I think could benefit from a padded mattress topper to make them more comfortable. I wish there was a bathtub or that the hot tup portion of the pool was heated

Leider waren dort viele Mücken ( scheinbar am Pool), waren ziemlich zerstochen.

Pool was not clean, lounge chairs were very dirty, room was clean but old, bed was hard and bed spread was old!

Pros:

El personal! Joaquín nos recibió y fue super amable. La alberca también estaba muy grande y agusto. El hotel está cerca de un restaurant, bares y un mini-super. El cuarto también muy amplio.
