Perfect place
Pros:

I had an amazing time at Coconut Lagoon.I was trapped alone and tthe staff made me feel welcome and at home. Really each member of staff was very helpful. The resort is extremely well maintained. There are free activities. I highly recommend the river walk, it is amazing. The guide, Vignesh,.did a great job in keeping us safe. I would also like to thank the ladies of the cleaning staff, Shanti and Sishwyria, for their friendless and work. The receptionist Sareeka was also very helpful. I just can compliment the manager, who I had a chance to meet, for the great work he is doing. I would definitely come again.

Ideal relaxing and fun filled.
Pros:

Had a very memorable stay. The rooms were really spacious and the facilities was just right for a family. Went with my family (including 2 kids) and we thoroughly enjoyed the stay. Food was very good, service and staff super friendly. The overall setup was pleasant and it was one of the more ideal relaxing family trips.

Hidden gem but a bit pricey
Pros:

We had a mini family reunion. Chose it because it was close to Coimbatore.The Ayurvedic massage was amazing. However I do think it was pricey for the amenities it offered. The presidential suite was close to 200$ a night, which is on the upper end even by US standards. A yoga class was posted - when we went in the am the place was closed and there was no sign. Went to the front desk and the guy said it was because class started promptly at 7:00. There was no sign indicating class in session. Later I found out that the yoga teacher was not there that am. So proper info would have been appreciated.

Coco Lagoon Mount Resort
Pros:

Overall its good, but they don't provide accommodation for guest accompany driver, they Charges Rs.500 per night, where as its free of charge when I compare with other resorts.

The shower room is very small,
