Sympa pour un week end
Pros:

Hôtel sympathique, propre et pas mal proche du centre. Assez sympa pour un petit séjour à Milan

Cons:

Je trouve que les chambres font très hôpital. Surtout les salles de bain. Un truc que j’ai pas aimé c’est la télé. Quelle idée débile de mettre une télévision aussi haut. Inconfort total pour regarder la télé. Et la fenêtre aussi qui est super haute. Pas compris pourquoi. Le personnel n’est pas désagréable en générale mais loin d’être chaleureux. Par contre le personnel du restaurant c’est autre chose. On dirait qu’elles n’aiment pas être là…

Mi sono trovata in questo hotel perché dovevo partecipare a un concorso. L'hotel è molto comodo e funzionale. Le stanze accoglienti e pulite, il personale professionale e molto gentile. La colazione ottima. Molto soddisfatta. Ci ritornerò.

Pessima esperienza per clienti italiani abituati a soggiornare in hotel

La struttura è vicina all’aeroporto ma non facilmente raggiungibile a piedi su un percorso pedonale. La camera è dí recente ristrutturazione ma troppo essenziale.

Cons:

La comodità di scegliere un hotel vicino all’aeroporto sta nel poter lasciare i bagagli ed eventualmente accedere alla stanza se già pronta prima dell’orario del checkin. Questa seconda opzione è vietata da regolamento e i bagagli vengono posizionati all’ingresso in una posizione accessibile a chiunque senza particolari limitazioni. Il personale della reception non è affatto cortese e abituato a scarsa interazione con il cliente italiano. Per il prezzo richiesto non è assolutamente in linea con l’offerta. Nella camera manca qualsiasi attenzione al cliente: assenza di qualsiasi kit generalmente incluso, assenza di bollitore, assenza di frigobar, televisione posizionato a 3 metri di altezza. Si trovano solo 2 dispenser di saponi. Il bagno è a dir poco singolare con un bidet non utilizzabile e il lavabo posizionato di fronte al letto. La colazione è servita fuori dal hotel in una sala accessibile con 2 rampe ripide di scale e non so come raggiungibile da persone con disabilità. La qualità del cibo proposto è bassissima e 25 euro a persona per quel tipo di colazione é proponibile solo agli stranieri.

Ok for a one night stay near Linate Airport
Pros:

Handy for the airport (12 minute walk). Good continental breakfast. Comfy bed. Would be ok for a one night stay, but no longer (we stayed for two nights, which was as long as we'd recommend).

Cons:

Air conditioning is publicised on the website, but there isn't any. We were informed that it provides heat only, so it needs to warm up from a low temperature rather cool down from a high one). We had to leave the door open for a period of time to cool the room. This would be an issue in summer.

Noise from pipes is annoying at night for light sleepers. It was difficult to get to sleep.

The room (shower area) isn't good for privacy, which is an issue for friends sharing.

You can hear planes that land or take off early in the morning.

Convenient
Pros:

The position of the hotel is closed to the airport that is well connected with the blu line to the city. Room basic but clean, breakfast was great!

Cons:

The ventilation system is noisy, some kind of bubbling noise, that varies from room to room, after changing room twice and I got a quite one. The receptionist at the second attempt offered me ear-plugs, but I have insisted and got the final right room.
