Cons:

found a mound of hair inside a stained throw in the bedroom. carpets looked unclean - overall wasn't a feel of a clean apartment especially since I was staying with a child and elderly parents. If not for avoiding the hassle to moving to another place , I would have opted to check-out and find another accommodation.

On whole it was good & I would stay again

Cosy, Comfortable place with professional caretakers
Pros:

I appreciate Jacob and his wife helping us with the air conditioner settings with the controllers and resetting the main unit. They were wonderful host and very courteous. The apartment was spotless and cleaned daily when guest checked out. We loved the kitchen, sitting, bathroom layouts. It was spacious and comfortable.

Cons:

The dining chairs were worn out. It was a disappointing view with the Ampol station in-front of the ocean view. However the sunrise was spectacular. The washing machine and dryer were old and noisy however did the job.
