Value, location and facilities. Perfect for a break
Pros:

Fab facilities. Pool area was lovely and pool heated. Gym was decent and great to have a pool table for use. Our apartment was recently renovated and spot on.

Great location, great views, fantastic restaurants locally, excellent beach access.
Pros:

Location was perfect, great size with a full kitchen and a laundry

The only downside was I had trouble getting the heating to work but very good chance that it was user error!

Spacious apartment, balconies from every room, beautiful ocean view from living area. Clean and good facilities in building. Walk across road to beach, 10min walk down to Burleigh shops/restaurant. Also close by- coffee shops & Italian restaurant on highway 2 minute walk.

Cons:

Windows not double glazed? Noisy first night (Saturday) with traffic noise, but not too bad after that.

Fantastic location, great facilities, lots of space for family!
Pros:

Fantastic location with uninterrupted views of the ocean! Amazing facilities, with plenty to do for you f and old. Spacious living spaces and everything we needed for a family stay.

Cons:

The apartment was great however little attention to detail of cleanliness (needs a proper clean). Dust buildup on walls, fans & above door frames. Dirty marks on doors etc. other than that it was great.
