Wow, unbeschreiblicher Ausblick
Pros:

Absolut empfehlenswert!
Die Lage wirkt im ersten Moment ruhig und beschaulich. Das weiß man zu schätzen, wenn man sich mal nach Surfers Paradies verirrt hat.

Ich hatte ein Apartment im 22 Stock. Der Ausblick ist einfach überwältigend! Ich konnte stundenlang auf dem Balkon sitzen und aufs Meer schauen. Ausrichtung des großen Balkons ist nach Osten. Perfekter Sonnenaufgang.

Die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet, es gibt eine Frenchpress, Töpfe, Pfannen, Toaster und Co.
Ein Geschirrspüler und das entsprechende Reinigungsmittel ist vorhanden.
Den Müll muss man selbst rausbringen

Das Bad ist sehr groß, jedoch ziemlich warm, da auf der Westseite. Die Dusche ist sehr groß und es gibt 2 Waschbecken.
Der Fön hat richtig Power.

Im 2ten Bad findet man die Waschmaschine und den Trockner. Das Bad und 2te Schlafzimmer darf nur benutzt werden, wenn man es bezahlt. Ich hatte ein Einbett-Apartment gebucht.

Das Bett war sehr bequem, wie man es von Boxspringbetten kennt.

Wohnzimmer und Schlafzimmer haben Klimaanlagen.

Cons:

Leider wird bis Anfang März an der Straßenbahnstrecke gebaut. Die Haltestellen sind gesperrt und der Bus fährt nur vereinzelte an. Das heißt vom Flughafen zum Hotel muss man 15 Minuten laufen. Auf dem Rückweg steigt man fußläufig in 2 Minuten Nähe ein, muss dann aber umsteigen.

Was für mich kein Problem war, sollte man nur wissen. Generell wird überall im Ort gebaut.
Für mich problematisch war, dass Nachts gebaut wurde. Das Schlafzimmer geht zur Straße raus und die komplette Fahrbahn wurde aufgefräst und neu geteert. Bei einfachverglasten Fenster helfen auch die Ohropax nicht.

Das ist jedoch kein Thema des Hotels.
Nach der Bauzeit gibt's direkt vor der Tür eine Straßenbahnhaltestelle.

Comfy beds and well outfitted. Nice views. AC worked well. Kitchen well outfitted with dishes and pans

Cons:

The WiFi was out for 2 days. After 2 days they offered to let us use an adjacent apartment’s WiFi. Why didn’t they offer that on the first day? I asked for a small credit since we had to pay roaming on our phones to get internet access and they refused to credit us. Our son couldn’t do his online classes without internet. I think a small $15-20 credit per day would have been fair. The other thing is we arrived at night and the apartment had no AC on upon arrival and it was very warm in the condo and took a good while to cool down it was a 96 deg F day. So very warm. I would suggest they turn on Ac even if on low before arrival so it’s not heat soaked. Also they only give a towel per person and I think a few extra towels would be nice. We also needed paper towels in the kitchen, a bottle of oil for the skillet would help in preventing sticking of food cooking, and salt and pepper and a few basic spices in the cabinet would help out for travelers.
Overall this is a very nice place. I would recommend it. We only had these few minor issues. The WiFi was a pain since our kids had online classes and had to wait 2 days to do some of their classes since it’s hard to do with a phone.

Unbeatable location. Will definetely stay again!
Pros:

Location is superb! Right across the road from the beach and conveniently located in between Burleigh heads and the North Burleigh surf club. Views from balcony were amazing! Room was very spacious and clean. Fantastic outdoor pool and bbq area.

Cons:

If I was going to be really picky, I would say the apartment was a bit dated (for example, the outdoor furniture was quite old and had torn cushions). But certainly nothing to make your stay uncomfortable!
