Lovely place, lovely staff, great location
Pros:

This property was right on the beach where the lifeguard operates, close walk to local shops and restaurants, we stayed during an off peak time so the price was fantastic and it felt like we had the building to ourselves because we rarely crossed paths with anyone else there but when we did, everyone was super friendly - it was also a very comfortable and homely apartment - it felt like we were in our own space and it was very easy to settle in instantly

Cons:

3 very minor things - the parking space was pretty tight, had to reverse park in which made it difficult with the luggage we had, the oven would take forever to heat up and the elevator noise was quite loud and would wake the kids up in the morning but nothing major, would have the same thing in any apartment building 🙂

The defects could be overlooked given the view and the friendly vibe
Pros:

Spectacular views. Lovely manager. Great layout of space in the unit

Cons:

The intercom didn’t seem to work so couldn’t buzz people in.
Range hood was dirty and still toy on the floor from the last guest

Spectacular View
Pros:

The view from the 20th floor was expansive and spectacular. There were glass doors right along the front with views to both Surfers Paradise and Burleigh.

Cons:

Even though there were 4 of us there were only 2 chairs on the front balcony. Also, the enormous lounge didn't have a coffee table to put mugs or glasses on. There were other small issues that required maintenance which was a bit disappointing for this standard of accommodation.

Location is beautiful, apartment was really well equipped

Cons:

The third bedroom doesn’t have air con and faces directly into the morning sun, making it very warm even in Autumn. Imagine it would be stifling in summer.

Very pleasant and enjoyable stay!
Pros:

Great outdoor facilities, loved the tennis court, pool, bbq area and billiards table. Also loved the spaciousness of the apartment and the view.

Cons:

Decent walk out of town. Slightly outdated without the apartment but reasonable value for money.

Wonderful views, great position.
Pros:

View from level 9 apartment is stunning. Location great to beach and short walk to shops. Building has good amenities and very clean. Staff are very helpful.

Cons:

There is still a significant amount of construction going on around Burleigh with the tram line infrastructure which is operating night construction - loud if you are a light sleeper. Our apartment had been partially updated but there were some elements showing their age.
