Very pleasant and enjoyable stay!
Pros:

Great outdoor facilities, loved the tennis court, pool, bbq area and billiards table. Also loved the spaciousness of the apartment and the view.

Cons:

Decent walk out of town. Slightly outdated without the apartment but reasonable value for money.

Wonderful views, great position.
Pros:

View from level 9 apartment is stunning. Location great to beach and short walk to shops. Building has good amenities and very clean. Staff are very helpful.

Cons:

There is still a significant amount of construction going on around Burleigh with the tram line infrastructure which is operating night construction - loud if you are a light sleeper. Our apartment had been partially updated but there were some elements showing their age.

Would not hesitate to recommend Burleigh Esplanade Apartments, we could not have had a better time.
Pros:

The location and view were exceptional. The walk to the James Street shops was 15 minutes. The walk to North Burleigh was 10 minutes. Coles was a 15-minute walk towards North Burleigh. The hike in the National Park was spectacular. We were surprised to see so many gorgeous lizards foraging. They are so still, and well camoflaged but the more you look, the more you see. They didn't seem to mind us stopping to stare. The beach is also beautiful. The water is very warm, we are from Melbourne and are used to cold water. The pool is great, and there are two spas and two saunas, which were excellent. There is a full kitchen with full sized fridge. The washing machine was clean. Incredible balcony to see the sunrise and the full moon of an evening, equally spectacular. Can't say enough how much we enjoyed our stay.

Cons:

There was nothing not to like. I wish we could have stayed longer. The rain poured on one day, but Uber Eats had us covered.

Needed some TLC inside the apartment. The cutlery drawer was broken and true ac in the master bedroom had be cello taped up into a better working position.

Very large apartment perfect for 2 couples with laundry and our own bathrooms.
Pros:

We had a good view although we were only on the 4th floor so the trees were in the way but still beautiful..

Cons:

Would have liked to be on a higher floor with clearer views.
