Location to the beach. The games room
Needed some TLC inside the apartment. The cutlery drawer was broken and true ac in the master bedroom had be cello taped up into a better working position.
We had a good view although we were only on the 4th floor so the trees were in the way but still beautiful..
Would have liked to be on a higher floor with clearer views.

Location and view. Facilities great alrhough with rain unable to utilise tennis court and pool (pool not heated). Outdoor bbq area was really nice [should provide bbq tools and paper towel etc to clean up afterwards)
Three bedroom aparrment only has one undercover parking spot. If staying in peak season not a lot of other parking.
Second bedroom was a bit squashy trying to get past the bed on one side due to side tables taking up room and the angle of the room

The property was just as beautiful as we had hoped. The central location was brilliant, the decor amazing, and the pool area was fabulous.

Die Lage wirkt im ersten Moment ruhig und beschaulich. Das weiß man zu schätzen, wenn man sich mal nach Surfers Paradies verirrt hat.
Ich hatte ein Apartment im 22 Stock. Der Ausblick ist einfach überwältigend! Ich konnte stundenlang auf dem Balkon sitzen und aufs Meer schauen. Ausrichtung des großen Balkons ist nach Osten. Perfekter Sonnenaufgang.
Die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet, es gibt eine Frenchpress, Töpfe, Pfannen, Toaster und Co.
Ein Geschirrspüler und das entsprechende Reinigungsmittel ist vorhanden.
Den Müll muss man selbst rausbringen
Das Bad ist sehr groß, jedoch ziemlich warm, da auf der Westseite. Die Dusche ist sehr groß und es gibt 2 Waschbecken.
Der Fön hat richtig Power.
Im 2ten Bad findet man die Waschmaschine und den Trockner. Das Bad und 2te Schlafzimmer darf nur benutzt werden, wenn man es bezahlt. Ich hatte ein Einbett-Apartment gebucht.
Das Bett war sehr bequem, wie man es von Boxspringbetten kennt.
Wohnzimmer und Schlafzimmer haben Klimaanlagen.
Leider wird bis Anfang März an der Straßenbahnstrecke gebaut. Die Haltestellen sind gesperrt und der Bus fährt nur vereinzelte an. Das heißt vom Flughafen zum Hotel muss man 15 Minuten laufen. Auf dem Rückweg steigt man fußläufig in 2 Minuten Nähe ein, muss dann aber umsteigen.
Was für mich kein Problem war, sollte man nur wissen. Generell wird überall im Ort gebaut.
Für mich problematisch war, dass Nachts gebaut wurde. Das Schlafzimmer geht zur Straße raus und die komplette Fahrbahn wurde aufgefräst und neu geteert. Bei einfachverglasten Fenster helfen auch die Ohropax nicht.
Das ist jedoch kein Thema des Hotels.
Nach der Bauzeit gibt's direkt vor der Tür eine Straßenbahnhaltestelle.
