This is a dump
Pros:

The only reason one would book this hotel is for the reason of not wanting to miss the train. It is a 5-10 min walk to the train station.

I can rough it when needs to be, and this place is pushing the limit of the definition of roughing it by western standards. No wifi, gaping hole in the shower that let mosquitos in, dirty bedsheet with stain marks, ants and other bugs in bathroom, leaking sink, no toilet paper (though if you ask they probably will give you one, like they did for towel, soap bar, and linen), dirty looking towel. The pictures do not reflect reality.

There are positive things, the service personnel who works part time there is really really friendly and did his best to help me getting around my issues, such as let me borrow his phone to go on Internet and making phone call to a friend in India. The lady who owns the hotel lived in Canada before, so she speaks good English and is helpful when she is around. Other staff speaks limited to no English. But they did their best to render service.

Be warned, environment near Indian train station are not ones in the west. The road is dark (but safe) and narrow and dirty. Once you roughed in this place your next place will be much appreciated by you.

Ging gerade noch so für 20 Euro
Pros:

Das Bettlaken war schmutzig und es war eine Kakerlake im Bad. Der Ventilator klapperte ziemlich laut die ganze Nacht. Die zwei Jungen am Service wären nett, die Vermieterin nicht anwesend.

This is a dreadful place.
Pros:

This is a really dreadful place.

The owner appears to be based in Mumbai and attempts to run the place remotely. The staff appear to be inexperienced and little idea what to do.

The sheets on the bed were dirty and mattress was very uncomfortable.

I have nothing positive to say about the place.

I suggest you remove the hotel from your site.

Good value
Pros:

The place was not easy to find. The old lift is weird. But we had a pretty big room, and Liz (manager? Owner?) was very kind to us. She offered to let us stay after the check out for small money so that we could avoid the sun while waiting for our night train . she called for taxis.. She is a big asset in the place that has no real charm in itself..
