Wonderful hotel
Pros:

Excellent breakfast a very comfortable room with an excellent shower. The hotel is quiet, close to the canal de Brienne, convenient local facilities, good parking and metro close.

Cons:

Nothing, it was simply the best hotel we stayed at during our 6 week vacation.

A comfortable and well-located hotel with very good breakfasts and helpful staff
Pros:

The location was very convenient - close to the metro, not far from the train station and city centre, but slightly away from the busiest and noisiest boulevard. The hotel has a modern interior, and the room had everything we needed. If something extra was required, it could be requested at reception. Breakfast was one of the highlights: a good variety of hot and cold options, fresh pastries, fresh orange juice, tea, coffee, and hot chocolate. We had to leave at 4 a.m. on our departure day, and since we would miss the regular breakfast, the hotel prepared a breakfast box for us to take away, which we really appreciated.

Parfait
Pros:

Je ne peux que dire BRAVO tant pour l'accueil que pour l'hôtel. Nous avons eu, en plus, la chance d'être surclassés en suite familiale.
La situation de l'hôtel permet de découvrir le centre de Toulouse aisément.
Une adresse que je conserve précieusement pour mes prochains déplacements.
