We enjoyed our stay at this hotel very much. It is in the perfect location, everything is at your reach in walking distance and if you want to explore other parts of the city it's very easy because the metro, bus and trams stations are all nearby. Hotel is perfectly clean, beds are sooo comfortable and we also had an amazing view of the square from our window. Hotel is in the heart of the city, but it's completely quiet, u don't hear any noise from the outside. It is very well equpied, but most of all - hotel staff is simply amazing! I can honestly say we liked them the most, beacuse they are so attentive and polite and helpful, they made our stay wonderful!

O hotel fica no centro histórico. Muito movimento! E, infelizmente, o centro histórico está se transformando com a quant
Pros:

Gostamos da atenção das recepcionistas. As mesmas prepararam um lanche (para o nosso café da manhã) pois saímos muito cedo e fomos para o aeroporto. A responsável pela organização do café (brasileira) é muito dedicada e caprichosa!

Cons:

O quarto é pequeno para um casal e o hotel fica próximo de uma praça que está se tornando perigosa (segundo informações dos portugueses e moradores).

Kellemes kis hotel központi helyen
Pros:

A szoba nagyon tiszta volt, reggel örültünk a kávéfőzőnek, minden kifogástalan volt. A Rossio térre néző szobát kértünk, de sajnos nem volt jó döntés, mert tele volt bódékkal akkor, amikor mi voltunk, tehát a látvány nulla, viszont a zaj miatt még este sem tudtunk szellőztetni.
A fürdő szép tágas volt, csak egy fólián kívül nincs az ablakon árnyékolás, ezért reggel nagyon besüt a nap és átforrósodik a helyiség.
A reggeli megfelelő volt, átlagos választékkal. Időnként várni kellett, míg feltöltik a készleteket, de azért jóllaktunk.

Cons:

3 szobát kértünk, mert összesen 5-en voltunk, de szerintem ennél távolabbra nem tudtak volna minket elhelyezni, még csak nem is azonos emeleten voltunk. Ez annyira nem volt előzékeny tőlük.

Klasse Hotel. Absolut empfehlenswert.
Pros:

Die Lage ist super, mitten in der Stadt. Das Personal ist ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer war auch sehr gut und sehr sauber, denn es gibt täglich Housekeeping. Das ist heute nicht mehr selbstverständlich. Das Frühstück war abwechslungsreich und qualitativ hochwertig. Wenn man einen Tag vorher bestellt, kostet es nur 10 Euro. Da findet man in der Stadtmitte kaum ein gleichwertiges Angebot. Originell: TV im Spiegel.

Cons:

Im Bad gab es keinen richtigen Luftabzug. Erwies sich aber nicht als dramatisch.
