My Story Hotel Rossio

Outstanding stay. The location is about as good as it gets in Lisbon, you are right on Praça Dom Pedro IV and everything is walkable from the door, Baixa, Chiado, Alfama, the river, with the metro a minute away. The hotel is spotless. They upgraded me to a stunning suite with a view over Rossio square and São Jorge castle, which I honestly did not expect for a single night. What I'll remember most though is the staff, genuinely kind and helpful with everything I asked, and not in that scripted hotel way. One tip for anyone booking, Manteigaria at number 68 on the same square makes some of the best pastéis de nata in the city, and Café Gelo for seafood is a few doors down. Nothing at all to fault. Highly recommended.

Location and Room exceptional ! Very big room very big bathroom - Staff was lovely all folks on the reception and the breakfast staff was superb.

Love the location of this property. Located right in the middle of the square & close to everything. The rooms were very nice love the king-size bed, staff were excellent and very friendly. We booked a tour with Booking.com with the golf cart company that gave us a tour around the city they were great. Echo wheel recommend- Andra our driver was great.

The staff were truly professional. I really appreciated all the information and helpful suggestions they provided, from places to visit and how to get around using public transportation to restaurant recommendations.
After our stay, we contacted the staff to ask them to check something in the room we had stayed in. We greatly appreciated the care and attention they dedicated to our request, as well as their helpfulness and responsiveness. This was a great example of genuine customer care and professionalism.

I stayed 3 nights for lasr September. The staff are really kind. And they upgraded my room just faced rossio plaza on 3rd floor. Really good view.
This hotel located just by the rossio plaza. All attractions are near and metro station is only 1 minute. I recommend this hotel strongly. If I go to lisbon sometimes, I will stay this hotel again.

Property is very central, close to Starbucks, the best shop for pastels de nata and within walking distance of shops, restaurants and tour meeting points. The staff are very friendly and helpful.
