Perfect location and excellent staff!
Pros:

This hotel is in a perfect location! It couldn’t be any better. The staff really made it exceptional. Everyone was so friendly and warm and ready to help in anyway they could. They even arranged for us to have a late checkout. The rooms were clean, comfortable and had excellent air-conditioning for the heat. We highly recommend it.

Herzlicher Service und ganz viel Wohlfühlatmosphäre
Pros:

Das Team am Empfang ist sensationell. Sie geben tolle Tipps, großartige Empfehlungen und für alles wird eine Lösung gefunden, inklusive einer netten kleinen Plauderei. Vielen Dank nochmals für den Tipp zum Tagesausflug nach Sintra. Es war ein unvergessliches Erlebnis.
Das Housekeeping ist sehr freundlich und hat schnell erkannt, welche Gewohnheiten man im Zimmer hat. Die Betten sind sehr bequem und im Badezimmer stehen hochwertige Produkte von Rituals zur Verfügung. Gute Kaffeemaschine und Kaffee im Zimmer.
Beim Frühstück gibt es eine große Auswahl und alles wird ständig frisch aufgefüllt.
Unbedingt die Pastéis de Bacalhau und die Rissóis de Camarão probieren – absolute Suchtgefahr! Außerdem gibt es unzählige süße Köstlichkeiten.
