Trevligt bemötande när vi kom. Bra genomgång angående frukost och rumsfaciliteter.
Mycket bra centralt läge. Restaurangdelen var väldigt trevlig med fin utsikt över torget. Vänlig personal vid frukosten. Frukosten var prefekt med stort urval. Trevlig anordnad Fado. Jag blev också firad på Fars Dag.

Soggiorno perfetto nel cuore di Lisbona, tra comfort e attenzioni speciali
Pros:

Posizione centralissima, a pochi passi dalle fermate di metro, tram e dalla stazione ferroviaria Restauradores. La struttura è pulita, la camera era ampia e silenziosa.
Il personale è stato molto gentile e disponibile con una grande attenzione verso l’ospite. All’arrivo ho trovato in camera un biglietto di benvenuto accompagnato dal tipico dolce di Lisbona e per il mio compleanno mi hanno fatto più di una sorpresa, tutte inaspettate e molto apprezzate. Un soggiorno che mi ha fatto sentire davvero coccolata.

Pros:

Great location. At the center of the old town of Lisbon. Walking distance to most tourist sites. Very near to Pingo Doce supermarket.
Service staff was very good, especially Front Service Manager Inès, Foào, and Giulia (breakfast service at Cafe Portugal). The housekeeping team also did a good job keeping the room clean and tidy.

This hotel sets the benchmark for a great stay
Pros:

Everything. Even the littlest surprises are well thought of. The staff are amazing - each one of them. They acknowledge your presence, greet you with a smile and even take note of your name and room nbr as they see you.
Great location!!!! You can access everything you need at an arm''s reach - attractions, transpo, shops, restos, cafes, supermarkets and pharmacy

Pros:

Lovely hotel in a central location, with easy access to restaurants, shopping, metro stations and tourist sites. We were upgraded to a room with beautiful views of Rossio Square and the castle. Staff were very friendly and accommodating.

Alles in allem ein entspannter und empfehlenswerter Aufenthalt!
Pros:

Die Lage am zentralen Platz Praca Dom Pedro IV hat uns außerordentlich gut gefallen. Die wichtigsten Sehenswürdigkeiten sind alle zu Fuß erreichbar. Restaurants, Cafés, Bars, Supermarkt - alles vor der Tür.
Der Bahnhof Rossio ist direkt um die Ecke. Obwohl draußen viel Verkehr und Trubel herrscht ist drinnen
nichts zu hören.
In den Zimmern wird täglich frisches Wasser zur Verfügung gestellt und an der Rezeption kann man seine
Flasche auffüllen lassen.
Da wir im Hotel nicht gefrühstückt haben, kann ich dazu nichts sagen.
Insgesamt ist der Service ausgezeichnet. Man bekommt zuvorkommend Extrawünsche erfüllt und erhält
viele gute Tipps am Front Desk.

Cons:

Der Abstand vom Fußende des Bettes zur Wand ist mit geschätzten 40cm mehr als dürftig. Mehrmaliges Schienbeinanstoßen garantiert. Das Fehlen von vernünftigen Handtuchhaltern und Garderobenhaken
ist nicht nachvollziehbar.
