G&Z Urban Hotel

Loved this place, nice accomodation, good staff, would stay here again ! The pool seems to be great ! I left an hostel and was looking for a better place, i was happy about my choice ! More expensive than hostel but it's worth it !

We originaly booked for 3 days but extended our stay to 11 days. We found the hotel suited us well.All the staff where very friendly and very helpfull.Breakfast was buffet style but on quieter days you choose from the breakfast menu and it was cooked to order.Our room was kept neat and tidy by the cleaners and we had a balcony over looking the river. The hotel is trying to be eco friendly and they provide filtered water in reusable bottles and shower gel and shampoo in dispensers keeping plastic use down to a minimum. The hotel has a small swimming pool with lounges and is just right for a quick dip.. We would definatley stay again. The hotel also can book you trips and visits to suit yiuselves
The positioning of the hotel is a short walk from pub street and the markets and the noise level around tbe hotel was good.

We had a wonderfull time there, the staff was so nice, the room big, very good bed and great bathroom with a great balcony with a nice river view. The staff do his best for you. Rooms are comfy. But it is not really what it is announced. Breakfast is not 4 stars standart , and There can be some marks on the towels and sheets I suppose because of a lack of means. Laundry is not very efficient, but it is ok because it is cleaned every day. It is just not a real 4 stars as it is announced.
Apart from that we will definitely come back .

Ils encourage un travailleur qui n’entends pas et qui ne parle pas . 5 étoiles !!!
Massages pas cher mais les filles étaient moins à l’aise de masser la car les tables étaient trop haute !
Excellent déjeuner, ils font même des omelettes

We booked for 3 nights but on arrival, we were given a double bedroom, instead of twin. After insisting, we were given a twin room (next door) but the window was broken. We didn’t feel secure so asked for a for another room. They offered to move us to another hotel but we declined as it didn’t have the same reviews. Ended up booking somewhere else. The management was helpful and helped us to move our bags to the new hotel.
The hotel is very basic but the location is good.

10 jours pour visiter les temples. Hôtel bien situé pour profiter le soir du centre ville. Cependant, le service est médiocre et la propreté n'est pas au rendez-vous.

Hadde et flott opphold. Hotellet lå i gåavstand til natteliv, markeder og restaurantene. De ansatte var hele tiden smilende og Hjelpsomme. Vi bodde der i 5 netter.

В отеле были 2 раз. По сравнению с 1 посещением завтраки стали на порядок лучше. И как была политика наибольшего комфорта для гостей так всё и осталось. Отель расположен очень удобно. До любого значимого места можно дойти пешком. Появилось очень много макашниц.они в 5 минут ходьбы. Очень тихо и спокойно. Спасибо отелю .

到着するなり「エアコン壊れてて…」と言われましたが
グループの別ホテルを手配してくれ
さらにそのホテルは別格のリゾートホテルでした
（ちょっと交通不便だったけど）

事実上泊ってないのでなんとも言えませんが
スタッフのホスピタリティは最高でした
…でも外からのぞいたらよさそうな感じ
　次また泊まってみますwww

Pros:
- location is really good, 2-3mins walk to night market, pub street.
- service is good
- buffet breakfast is fine, though not much variety but still ok.
- hotel can help to arrange transport and package to visit places.
- room rate is reasonable.

Cons:
- no lift, have to walk up stairs.
- no carpet in room, just concrete floor. Feel abit sandy.
.
Overall:
Overall would say still rate as a good place to stay.

P.s. if you plan to stay here, would recommend you to try dinner at 'Family Cuisine' next to Hard Rock Cafe.

What a find this hotel is. Conveniently located within walking distance of the city centre, Very friendly staff, I've been greeted with a hearty 'welcome home!' every day by the friendly staff, who are very attentive and helpful, no matter what the question. The room is clean, and cleaned every day, and free bottles of water are left out. Tea, coffee and a kettle are in the room, along with a paid mini-bar.

Food in the restaurant is good quality and great value, and there is always too much breakfast!

Did I mention the staff? Always smiling, pretty much like the rest of the city, they are always happy to chat to guests, which is great if you're travelling alone.

The only downside is the dust, but it's a problem across the city during the dry seasons. Some guests have complained about it, but in their defence the staff are regularly to be seen sweeping and trying to get a control of the situation.

All in all a great hotel for a long or a short stay.

Bastante razonable por el precio. Buena atención del staff, sin embargo el desayuno “para llevar” al tomar el tour de Angkor Wat saliendo en la madrugada necesita mucha mejora.

야시장 강 건너편에 위치해서 걸어다니기에 어려움이 별로 없었다

인테리어가 독특했는데 내 맘엔 들었다
조식이 맛있었다
수영장은 아주 작고 소독약을 엄청 넣은 듯
머리카락이 아주 이상해졌다

I stayed solo for Bon Om Toul after a friend cancelled last minute. Friendly and helpful staff, great rooms.

I have to loudly applaud the manager for hiring deaf and mute (and ver capable) staff, we do not see this anywhere in the world, anywhere near enough. Bravo!

I stayed at this hotel as my residence for a service trip. They relocated us from another hotel to this one but this was made up by the hospitality of the staff. They gave us free juice drinks and warm welcomes. The rooms are quite large and have a few beds. The bathroom is a bit strange as fells more like a sauna layout...;). Problems with the lock in the restroom sliding door. Few insects inside the room but amenities such as toiletries and a boiler are provided. 24 hrs hotline to front desk with immediate service. Right opposite Pub Street and other stores! Must stay here if on a budget.

I didn't get to see the rooms nut the foyer looked nice. I booked well in advance for a 6 night stay in this hotel to find that they had moved me without my knowledge to their partner hotel which was cheaper and further away. I was not impressed, location great, if you book you may want to make sure before you arrive that they have not moved you elsewhere.
