The breakfast and the playground area

Cons:

The kids swimming pool near the seoul garden restaurant is currently quite exposed to public view, which may affect guests’ privacy and comfort. To improve the overall experience, it would be beneficial to add more privacy features such as decorative panels, fencing, gates, privacy screens, greenery, or strategic landscaping around the pool area. This would help create a safer, more comfortable, and more relaxing environment for guests.

Pros:

The room was large and well airconditioned, the breakfast was also good - but I was most impressed by the amenities (specifically the spa and the Korean restaurant - they were both EXCELLENT!)

Pros:

Clean, spacious, decent, provided 1.5 litre of water every day

Cons:

Housekeeping came in before 9am as I was still trying to sleep. I said no to them coming in and they took that as no house keeping at all that day. Other days I have left my hotel room later (would usually leave around 10-11am) but they came in before 9am.

The restaurants didn’t really have vegetarian options but when I enquired about some of them the wisher took a long time to ask the chef (meanwhile I was trying to rush to have dinner for a wedding to go to) an then were the chef came to explain what’s inside the dishes, he wasn’t able to explain so I couldn’t eat there. Then I was recommended a Malaysia restaurant over the road by staff but when I went it was closed.

Very basic and not very clean, but fair for the price.

So far, ok ok only.
Pros:

If possible, the breakfast should has a mixture of fish and beef too. Can it be expanded abit more choices of foods such as sausages, hash brown, pancakes, French toast etc etc

Cons:

The noise from the crowds. And it was very warm and hot environment.

Location near the food stall.

Cons:

Some toilet facilities were not in good condition:-
i.e 1. Toilet bowl cover very old
2. Water leak at toilet flushing handle
3. Water at trapway bowl was not flowing very well.
