Please note that from 01 April 2020, up to 1 child up to and including the age of 6 years staying in the parents' room will only be charged for the evening meal.

Up to 1 child aged between 7 and 17 years staying in the parents' room is charged EUR 60 per night for breakfast, lunch from the snack buffet with drinks (water and juices), afternoon tea with water and nonalcoholic hot drinks.

The evening meal is not included for children. This can be ordered individually in the Adler Stuben restaurant from the children's menu, and is charged à la carte.

Trotz Kurzurlaub super erholt nach Hause gekommen-
Pros:

Einfach alles war Super, vom Frühstück bis zur Bar alles perfekt, Bedienung, Sauberkeit und Essen sehr Gut. Wellnessbereich und Park sehr angenehm, ruhig und sauber. Dazu noch das schöne Wetter, es hat einfach alles gepasst.

Wunderschön im Schwarzwald aufgehoben

Alles, vor allem durften wir mit dem Hund an allen Mahlzeiten teilnehmen. Der Nachmittagstee war eine tolle Überraschung und der Pool ist eine Sensation.

A quick visit but a wonderful sleep
Pros:

We arrived late but the room was beautiful with a very stylish decor. The bed was exactly what we needed and the staff we excellent and attentive.
We ate dinner and breakfast at the hotel both excellent meals.

Pros:

We spent 4 nights here and it was more than enjoyable. Every meal was excellent, no exception. Very friendly staff. The facilities are wonderful. The best hotel gym I have ever seen!! I really can't fault anything. I highly recommend this hotel!

Again excellent stay
Pros:

For 3rd year in a row, we stayed a week in this wonderful hotel and again it was GREAT. The atmosphere, the service, the wellness, the location, the food and the people were all super again.
Also the way they treated our dog was super.

For sure a place to come back again!

A beautiful hotel with a very clean, attractive room. The reception team provided excellent, helpful service, and the breakfast was outstanding.

Cons:

Our dinner experience was disappointing; the food quality was below my expectations and the service was poor. The servers rarely spoke to us or made eye contact while we were dining, and the lunch staff were not welcoming when we were seated. For a hotel of this caliber and price, I expected a much higher level of service. On a positive note, the reception team was very helpful and friendly.
