El hotel es bonito, pero está descuidado. El personal nos trató PÉSIMO. Sobretodo la gente de recepción
El trato de la gente, francamente la gente de recepción y la reserva se portaron pésimo. De nada sirve reservar con Booking por que la gente del hotel te exige que pagues inmediatamente o pierdes la reserva. Fueron prepotentes y desafiantes

El hotel chico, pero de muy buen gusto...Me gustó mucho la atención del personal, sobretodo de el restaurante .
Mi habitación muy limpia, amplia y la cama muy cómoda y la terraza!...y la tranquilidad en general del hotel!...se descansa muy bien!
Los alimentos en el restaurante muy ricos...recomiendo mucho la pasta con camarones, y el omelette de la granja!
El servicio del restaurante solo es hasta las 5pm
Por lo mismo, recomendamos cafetera y frigobar en las habitaciones.

Aunque la edificación no es nueva tiene un aspecto "mediterráneo" agradable y original. Buena ubicación. El restaurante y el servicio en él es bueno.
Todo lo anterior se pierde porque necesita garantizar los servicios básicos como son: agua, agua caliente, drenaje en regaderas. Pésimo. El personal de mantenimiento con buena disposición para dar la cara, pero no así la persona en la recepción. Aunque no está en una vialidad de mucho tránsito, la hermeticidad de las puertas y ventanas deja que desear ya que se escucha mucho el ruido de la calle. Finalmente, el hotel NO hace cargos a la tarjeta que dejas en Booking, te piden que hagas transferencia si quieres garantizar tu reserva, ya que no se comprometen a respetarla, si no haces este pago. Primer hotel en Booking con el que me pasa.
The vibe, staff, and location.
The room was not very clean, not enough furniture to make a more comfortable stay. For example drawers for clothes or some place to put toiletry in the bathroom. A table would have been useful also. The room was humid and the bath had a funny smell.

El agua de la alberca está fría, cierran el servicio de comida a las 5 PM y estaban trabajando con soldadura a las 12 de la noche
El precio es competitivo y el lugar en general es agradable: una casa bonita ubicada en una zona relativamente céntrica. El ambiente es tranquilo y el espacio resulta agradable para una estancia corta.
Las habitaciones de la planta baja tienen muchos mosquitos (al llegar había varios alrededor de la cama), las regaderas están viejas y sin buena presión, estuvimos dos días sin agua caliente.

The place was a bit humid when we came in so it had a funny smell which went away after we opened the windows,
It's close to a river but the river has a very bad smell because of the sewage that gets thrown into it
The food was great but the waiter took his time and made a few too many mistakes with our orders

El hotel es súper acogedor, todo el personal es súper amable. Las habitaciones muy amplias, cómodas y limpias. Súper céntrico, todo muy cerca en coche. La comida del restaurante muy rica!!!
