Very nice hotel , confortable

This was my first time stay in Amaris. After 3 hours driving from balikpapan to samarinda, the receptionist says that our room wasn’t ready yet even though we had ordered the day before. First impression of the room, square one. Air conditioner needs time. No shower curtain. Sandals only one for both of us. And nothing special of the breakfast. I hope there’s an improvement for the guest.

This hotel is absolutely messed up, there was no shower curtain in the shower!!!!

After calling front office still had to wait forever for the staff to come and install shower curtain in the shower. Unfathomable absurdity !!

Pengalaman 2 malam menginap di Amaris cukup nyaman, dekat dengan daerah strategis. Hanya perlu variasi dari sarapan pagi.

Cheap Budget hotel. Room was small and not many amenities.

Oh ya i got an experience also when was enter the door, there was no one there to help to open the door because i carried with my luggage so it was quiet difficult for me
But i do like the food in breakfast

I honestly was a bit disapointed with what the hotel offered at IDR 490k. This was the first time I stayed at Amaris. I wondered if it is standard service for Amaris not to include toiletteries at that rate, but I have no time to ask since I have to leave immediately, got back to the hotel late at night, straight to the bed. Lucky I got my own toothbrush and toothpaste with me so I did not bother asking. The variety of breakfast menu was too humble. The cleanliness was great though..

This is a hotel where i frequently stay if i visit Samarinda

Room rate around IDR 470.000 / night for standard room and clean. Breakfast menu and hotel facility very standard. No hairdryer inside small bathroom.
Overall meet requirement as budget hotel in samarinda.

The hotel was quite good for the amount of money I spent. I spent a night in the hotel for business purposes. Most of the things are the same as other's Amaris Group standard, but the bathroom is rather dirty. There wasn't a lot of nice view outside too. The breakfast is quite good. Overall, I am quite pleased.

If you need a simple and comfortable hotel. Then i really recommended to chose this hotel.
The room was very comfortable and clean with standing shower bathroom. There is a Wifi for the guest also.
The hotel already provide the hot/cold water dispenser in the hallway. And serve free flow welcome drink at lobby.
The staff is good, friendly, helpful.
Breakfast not much menu, please making improvement with taste and others.
I wanted to pass along my thanks to frontdesk staff named Lusi. She has had amazing effort in sending my ID card when I left it in the room after the checkout.
Overall it was good place to stay.

My exhaust fan in the bathroom was not working so it was really hot

The room is so small, the bathroom is narrow. Not so cozy. But it's okay 'cause its located near the city center, near a mall and surrounded by food stalls. We can stroll around by walking or get a public vehicle.

When i visited samarinda , amaris hotel has just opened there .

I choose this because the price is same with average 2 star hotel , but the hotel is freshly built and location is near to mall and restaurant .

The room is small, wifi is poor , nothing special with the breakfast .

But this budget hotel is recommended because of the location ...

when I booked this hotel for vacation 2 days only. even I live in Samarinda too. This hotel is very strategic location close to the city center, access to everywhere else easy. The Clean room, nice decorated of minimalis, feeling cozy and have a good wifi in room. I think the price per-night is affordable. Its great to stay here. The staff serving with friendly and have a great service. Get your experince for stay here.
