Kurzer Aufenthalt für Stadtbesuch
Pros:

Nähe U-Bahnhaltestelle und Bahnhof; auch sehr nahe an der Haupteinkaufsstrasse. Ausserdem war es einfach, zur Speicherstadt und zu den Landungsbrücken zu gelangen. Das Personal war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Das Hotel selber war sehr ruhig. Das Frühstück war reichhaltig.

Cons:

Leider hat es in Hamburg sehr viele obdachlose Menschen; auch in der Nähe des Hotels. Im Zimmer hatte es nur ein breiteres Gestell neben dem Bett. Ich hatte nur ein sehr schmales Gestell mit einer "Absturzkante" auf beiden Seiten. Das Porridge beim Frühstück war meist schon kalt.

Zweckmässig, aber okay
Pros:

Das Personal war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Wir sind spät Abends angekommen und das war kein Problem fürs einchecken. Ansonsten ist das Hotel eher zweckmässig.

Cons:

Preis, aber wir haben spät gebucht. Und die Umgebung Nachts vom Hauptbahnhof zum Hotel wirkte etwas unsicher. Ich würde dort vermutlich nicht alleine herumlaufen.

Voll unseren Erwartungen entsprochen
Pros:

Wir fanden das Frühstück sehr ansprechend, frisch, vielfältig und für die Kategorie des Hotels entsprach es voll unseren Erwartungen. Wir hatten damit einen guten Start in den Tag. Nur die Anzahl der Plätze war etwas begrenzt, aber das war sicher der Vielzahl von Besuchern, durch mehrere Events an diesem WE in Hamburg geschuldet. Auf den Zimmern eine kleine Minibar und ein Safe wären sehr angenehm. Bad mit Dusche top, Betten auch sehr angenehm.
Die Lage des Hotels war sehr gut, U Bahn, Hauptbahnhof und wir haben auch viel zu Fuß erreichen können.
Also uns hat es gefallen, wir würden wieder dort einchecken, vielen Dank.
