Mooi uitzicht, teleurstellende, veel te dure zwem ervaring!

Het uitzicht was mooi

Cons:

Allereerst, wij dienen echt nooit een klacht in, maar dit wil ik toch kwijt. We zijn echt teleurgesteld door dit hotel.
We kwamen netjes op tijd aan met de kinderen en kregen te horen dat we pas ‘s avonds konden inchecken, want de kamers waren nog niet klaar. We kregen een klein excuus en een coupon voor een gratis drankje voor de volwassenen, maar iedereen liep met diezelfde coupons rond, dus dat stelde ook niet veel voor.
De bijdrage/fee voor het zwembad was absurd. Dit hebben we nog nooit meegemaakt. Als bezoekers van het hotel moesten we voor ons gezin van 5 €230 betalen per dag. Los van het tarief voor het zwembad kwam er een weekendtoeslag bij (het was maandag) en extra vakantietoeslag, wat neerkwam op bijna €50 per persoon. We hebben dus maar 1 dagje gezwommen ipv 3. Onze hele reis was top, maar we hebben spijt dat we de reis in dit hotel hebben afgesloten met deze ervaring.

Pokoje były większe niż inne spotkane przez nas w Japonii. Były wygodne. Śniadania różnorodne. Dużo wind dzięki czemu szybko dostajesz się do pokoju. Dobra lokalizacja.

Cons:

Niestety okazało się, że basen jest dodatkowo płatny. Nie doczytałam tej informacji podczas dokonywania rezerwacji. Koszt był wysoki. Dla naszej rodziny dzienne wejście (10-17) oznaczało koszt taki sam jak pójście do parku rozrywki. To było rozczarowywujące. Na basenie średnie jedzenie i brakowało kawy... ale basenów jest kilka + jazzuzi. Nie było tłoczno.

Complicated for moving around Tokio , swimming expensive for guest
Pros:

Clean and spacious rooms , if you go to Disney is a good hotel as it has a direct shuttle. Good view for the skytree tower

Cons:

If you do not go to Disney…transportation is not convenient to many locations as you have to take 2 or more transports, no direct routes to any main location. Pool has a fee, even if you are a guest, high fee for kids and adults (3000Y for a day) expensive if you only want to take an hour of swimming for the day.

最高でした✨️
Pros:

チェックインの時、朝食に、21階の和食処で和食を勧めていただきました。6組ずつの予約制でしたので、静かに落ち着いて、美味しい和食を堪能することができました。窓から見える見晴らしの良い景色も相まって、最高の朝ご飯でした😊また、宿泊したお部屋から正面にスカイツリーも見え、室内も広々として過ごしやすく、心から寛ぐことができました。スタッフの皆様、どうもありがとうございました。

Hôtel grand standing avec tous les services attendus et facilement connecté au reste de la ville avec le métro à proximi
Pros:

Hôtel haut standing, tout est qualitatif, le personnel est attentif à tous vos besoins. On a aimé la qualité de la literie, la piscine, la salle de sport, le sauna, la salle de massage, le Onsen… Il ne manque rien, même les maillots de bain et vêtement de sport sont fournis!

Cons:

Petit bémol, tous les services complémentaires de la chambre (piscine, sauna, salle de sport,…) sont à payer en supplément.

Cons:

The pool hours were prohibitive in that we were tourists and in very hot weather could not go out during the day and come home for a swim. Also the cost of the pool was ridiculous. Travelling in the heat with kids the pool is important.

Ansprechendes Hotel mit überteuerter kostenpflichtiger Poolnutzung

Das freundliche Personal. Die Zimmer waren nicht sonderlich groß aber ausreichend, der Stil der Zimmer etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Unter dem Hotel gab es Möglichkeiten zum einkaufen und essen

Es sollte ersichtlicher sein, dass die Poolnutzung auch für Hotelgäste kostenpflichtig ist. Es wird mit tollen Fotos geworben, was einen glauben lässt, dass er genutzt werden kann. Es ist sowieso ein Ding, dass man als Hotelgast bezahlen muss. Und dann reden wir hier nicht von kleinen Summen. Einen Tag Poolnutzung für eine 5 köpfige Familie, wie in unserem Fall, hätten mal locker 240€ gekostet. Das ist schon ein Hammer. Es steht auch in der Beschreibung ( haben wir leider erst im Nachgang gelesen) und dann steht auch nur „Tagesaktuelle Preise“
Wir waren im Hochsommer da gewesen und hatten gedacht, dass man einem langen Tag City mal in den Pool mit seinen Kindern hätte gehen können, aber für den Preis… einfach frech .
Ich war sehr enttäuscht

ここに決めて良かった。
Pros:

高級感と併設施設の充実さ。
TDL、TDSへの送迎ありがとうございました。
また、帰りについても予約なしで、乗車対応してくださってありがたかったです。

Cons:

規則上、使った後のティーパックなどは、コップの中に入れっぱなしだと捨てられないのでしょうか。衛生上コップは新しいものに取り替えるなどして欲しかった。
