Vista incredibile su Tokyo
Pros:

La nostra camera era al 19 piano e la vista su Tokyo era incredibile. Ottima colazione, con ampia scelta tra dolce e salato.

Cons:

Eravamo in cinque e la stanza era piuttosto piccola.

It’s a old building and room size is small . Even if you have big sizes luggage can’t keep it. the price is more I’m compare to small room sizes

Although a bit dated, I would definitely stay here again. Excellent location and staff
Pros:

Location was excellent and the view of the SkyTree and the city from the bar upstairs, spectacular! The area was quiet and residential away from the hustle and bustle but well connected

Cons:

It’s a bit dated and the rooms need modernising

Solid value, clean and nice property
Pros:

It was a very nice hotel with very clean facilities and a shuttle to the Tokyo Disneyland resort.

Cons:

The location wasn’t as good as I had hoped, it’s not very accessible to the mass transit and not very close to downtown Tokyo

디즈니랜드 버스가 아니라면 예약을 권하지 않습니다.
Pros:

디즈니랜드 원툴입니다. 셔틀 버스가 있어서 디즈니랜드 아침 일찍가서 늦게 오기 편합니다.

Cons:

1. 일단 위치가 별로입니다. 역까지 10분은 걸어야 하는데다가 메인 역이 아닙니다.
2. 청소가 제대로 되지 않습니다. 청결하지 않습니다.
3. 가장 최악은 싸가지없는 직원 응대입니다. 다른 리뷰에도 몇 번 언급이 되어있지만 직원들이 대체적으로 성의가 없고 대충 대답합니다. 그래서 여러분이 찾아보지 않으면 잘못된 요금을 내거나 시설 이용이 어려운 경우들이 존재합니다. 제가 겪은 바를 말씀드리겠습니다. 제가 분명히 미팅룸이 이 호텔에 있는 걸 알고 예약했는데 저녁에 노트북을 사용할 온라인 회의가 있 서 미팅룸이 같은 곳이 있냐니까 저기 로비가서 하랍니다. 제가 '회의'라고 했는데 로비가서 하라는 곳도 웃기고 로비에는 그냥 대기 의자밖에 없는 곳입니다. 다른 직원한테 다시 가서 물어보니까 이 호텔에 그런 곳은 없다고 합니다.
결국 맥도날드가서 주변 소음 다 들어온 채 회의하고나서 제가 3층 가보니까 미팅룸이 떡하니 있더라구요. 그래서 나중에 채팅창으로 미팅룸 있는 거 아니냐고 물어보니까 무료로는 이용이 불가능하답니다. 금액도 말 안 하던데 자꾸 물어본 저인거를 알고 이런식 식으로 응대하는건가요?
노트북으로 온라인 미팅한다니까 저기 로비가서 하라느니 (? 뭔 헛소리신지 노트북을 로비에서 어떻게 합니까) , 우리 호텔에 그런 곳은 없다느니 장난하는 것도 아니고 한국인이 싫으면 예약을 받지마세요.
