期待していなかっただけに儲けものという感じのホテルライフを楽しめた。後で知ったがさすがオークラ系！
Pros:

事前にホテルについて調べること無しで利用したが今回のレートではコスパが素晴らしくよかった。施設には年期が感じられるが必要なところは新しい設備が整えられていて清潔感が大。家具類などは使用感はあるが逆にとても落ち着いた感じでしっくりきて良かった。新しさをウリにしているこの頃の多くのホテルに感じる地に足つかないキラキラではなく好感が持てる。フロントが人が対応してくれるのがとても安心感が有る。自動チェックインは味気ない。予約の際に特にリクエストをしたわけでは無いがスカイツリーが正面に見える部屋を用意してくれていて嬉しかった。

Cons:

スタッフさん全てに顧客への振る舞いを徹底するのは大変だと思うがレストランのスタッフさんには（朝食バイキング）お客への気遣いが不足に感じるところがあった。微笑んで一歩下がって客に進路を譲るとか。

Pros:

Lufthavnsbussen går lige til døren for 1200 yen. Der er lokale restauranter, billige, og supermarked, der er ATM og der er mulighed for bare at sidde og sole sig i rolige omgivelser. Jeg hævede 50.000 yen og brugte kun det halve. Det er nemt at spise for 1000 til 1500 yen per person - Sushi - indisk - italiensk - og japansk. Bus og tog/metro er i nærheden. En stor park er lige om hjørnet. Hotellets morgenbuffet var sublim med japanske retter og europæiske croissanter. Der er alle produkter på værelset - shampoo - balsam - sæbe - razor - tandbørste - hårelastik - osv. El-keder og kaffe/the.

Das Hotel war sehr sauber. Die Zimmer ausreichend groß und die Betten sehr bequem. Das Frühstück für asiatische Verhältnisse sehr ausgewogen und einige westliche Anteile. Nahgelgende U-Bahn und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Kostenloser Shuttle zum Disneyland.

Cons:

Die Cocktails waren sehr klein und Preis-Leistung eher schlecht. Über den Spa - Bereich können wir nichts sagen, da wir als Familie gereist sind und Kinder nicht in den Pool - Bereich dürften, dies aber ein ausschlaggebender Punkt für das Hotel sein sollte.
