Pros:

Great hotel with a large, clean pool. The all-inclusive package really does the job. The food in the dining room is perfectly fine, though nothing extraordinary.

Cons:

The rooms were a bit dated for my taste, but definitely acceptable.

Never again.

The pool was nice. The location was fantastic.

Cons:

We were staying all inclusive.

The staff were rude (granted not every single staff).

The breakfast chef refused to cook the eggs how we eat them and said well done and how they were already presented was the only option.

The towels, they would only give 1 pool towel which was only allowed to be changed after every 3 days, not what I’d expect from a 5 star or what I have experienced form 5 stars in the past. The towels were old and had holes and stains on.

The food wasn’t great at all, was just thrown into a tin container and was sweaty from the condensation and was not good quality. I ate chips and bread most days.

When we arrived which was at 10pm there was nothing not old hard bread sarnies available which were old, when I asked if there was any other food available we were told that everywhere is Cyprus closes their kitchens at 9pm.

The day we left we were told we were not allowed lunch or dinner as we had checked out (we have paid an additional €90 to check out later) it were still not allowed to dine in the hotel. Even though the day we arrived we were not given a meal, we were not allowed on the last day.

Generally bad.

Will never stay again and will never recommend to anyone else.

מיקום יפה. לובי טוב. בארים טובים

Cons:

בעיות במקלחת הצבות מיים במקלחת. נקיון וצוות הנקיון גרוע מתחת לכל בקורת .למשל מנקים את השירותים והכילים של השירותים במגבות . מצעי המיטות מלוכלכות אוכל לא טעים וצבת העובדים לא מבינים דבר ולא מקצועים. לא שולטים בשום שפה חוץ משפת האם שאנחנו לא מבינים ולא חייבים להבין ........

Our 14 th visit and the hotel good value for money. Staff very attentive.
Pros:

Rooms always high standard, food good and a good selection always, we had a rm with its own pool, so that’s always good.

Cons:

More waiting staff in the lounge area. Needs to be more control of children running around. And for the World Cup final they should have moved it into the downstairs lounge, s it was all very cramped.

Water park is great for kids
Pros:

Water park was great and swim up room was nice although my neighbours were very noisy.

Cons:

The food at dinner was disappointing and I didn’t like the long queues at the bar during the afternoon.
We only stayed for one night before flying out of Paphos Airport. I had requested an early check in as we were checking out around 3am but they were not flexible at all.
