Pros:

Мне очень понравилась еда. Выбор не огромный, но всегда можно было найти то, что нравится. Порадовали осьминога, семга.
Большой бассейн, хватало места всем .

Cons:

Номера достаточно старые, есть ржавчина в ванной, не работающие лампочки в номере. В ванной на полу всегда стояла вода после принятия душа. Огромный минус, по моему мнению - это пляжные полотенца . Они выглядят очень грязными при получении и влажные . И самое странное, что пляжное полотенце сменить можно только раз в три дня . Это как минимум не гигиенично.

הבריכה מצויינת וצוות הקבלה היו אדיבים

סימני עובש במקלחת , סגרנו חופשת הכול כלול ובפעם הראשונה נכנסנו לחדר האוכל מכוון הבריכה כי ראינו שם אנשים לקחתי בירה ואישתי מים ,העובד ניגש אלינו ואמר שצריך לשלם כי בכניסה למלון לא קיבלנו צמידים בקיצור זו הייתה הפעם הראשונה והאחרונה שנכנסנו לחדר האוכל . הגישה לים לא קיימת . היה יום שלא ניקו לנו את החדר ונאלצנו לבקש פעמיים מגבות כי גם שהתקשרנו בפעם הראשונה הם לא הגיעו ,מגבות לבריכה בקומה 1- ללא מעלית זה לא נוח

Отличный отель, оправдал ожидания
Pros:

Были с детьми, и остались очень довольны. По прибытии на рецепшн очень дружелюбно объяснили правила проживания и рассказали об инфраструктуре отеля. В номере чисто, и полоценца и постельное бельё, идеально свежее и белоснежное. Отель большой и персонал очень стараются сделать пребывание комфортным. Все наши просьбы были сразу удовлетворены. Система всё включено очень удобно. Выбор еды очень большой, каждый найдёт на свой вкус. Аквапарк детям понравился, там проводили основное время. Там много персонала следящих за горками, что тоже важно.
Уверены, что вернёмся сюда ещё! Спасибо

Pros:

الفندق كبير ، يوجد عده برك للاطفال بالاضافه للبركه الكبيره .

Cons:

واجهنا مشكله بالاكل، لحم خنزير موجود بكل الوجبات ، الاكل غير مناسب لمن يحافظ من الاسلام واليهود . درجه النظافه 7/10 . شط البحر غير قابل للسباحه.

Pros:

Amenities are amazing and quality and service of food and beverages is very good.
Space at the hotel is wonderful, sunbeds are well spaced out providing peace and calm unlike many other hotels

Cons:

Very noisy rooms around the pool and restaurant until late at night. Better with side sea view.
Housekeeping was not very good. Towels taken and not replaced, restock of shower gel and shampoo was random, ranging from lots to none...

Nice little break
Pros:

Very clean and the staff in the restaurant were lovely.

Cons:

Not the staff’s fault - but some guests were rude at breakfast / dinner time ie cutting the queues and pushing and shoving in front of others. There didn’t seem to be a lot of choice of activities for toddlers, we took note of the kids club timetable but whenever we went past it was always closed.

Fantastic!
Pros:

We were upgraded to a swim up room which was absolutely amazing! The hotel is lovely, facilities are great and the food was really good.

Cons:

The selection of ice cream available for the kids was limited - banana or chocolate flavour which unfortunately none of us liked but that is persob preference.
