Brilliant holiday. So glad we had the All Inclusive. Food selection and drinks superb! 10/10!

אם הזמן היה חוזר לאחור, בחיים לא הייתי מזמינה אצל אנשים שמתנהגים בצורה לא מכבדת, דוחה ולא ראויה.

הנוף של המלון

Cons:

היחס שקיבלנו בקבלה היה מביש ולא נעים בכלל.
הגענו בשעה 9:00 ולא הסכימו למסור לנו את החדר אפילו דקה אחת לפני השעה 15:00.
ולא רק זאת – קיבלנו את החדר רק בשעה 15:15, למרות שהמלון לא היה מלא.

הגישה וההתנהלות של עובדות הקבלה היו מבישות, ירודות ובלתי מתקבלות על הדעת לחלוטין.

Csak ajánlani tudom. Ár-érték arányban nagyon jó szálloda. Az értékelések alapján aggódtam milyen szálloda lesz, de rend

Az elhelyezkedése a szállodának panoráma szempontból pazar. Az ételek terén nagyon bőséges, finom. Remek a konyha. Az esti bulik is nagyon hangulatosak.

Cons:

Fürdésre alkalmas part messze van. Buszközlekedés kiszámíthatatlan. A személyzet alap esetben kedves, a recepció hozzáállása, kommunikációja gyenge.

Cudowny pobyt, minus za niemiłą obsługę w barach
Pros:

To był nasz drugi pobyt w hotelu i jak zawsze wszystko było super, położenie, wyżywienie, czystość, wszystko na najwyższym poziomie, ale tym razem był spory minus, jeżeli chodzi o jakość obsługi w barach, zarówno w lobby, jak i przy basenie. Po pierwsze obsada powinna być większa, żeby sprostać ilości obsługiwanych gości a po drugie mieliśmy wrażenie, że wszystkie pracujące w barach osoby jakby pracowały tam za karę, zupełnie bez uśmiechu, żadnego pozytywnego podejścia do klienta, nie było to miłe, tym bardziej, że mamy porównanie z poprzedniego pobytu, gdzie obsługa barów była naprawdę przesympatyczna.

An ok resort, would rate as a 3 star. Didn't hate the hotel but would not return and not recommend.

The grounds were pretty and the view was stunning. The breakfast was ok. The drinks were ok. The roof bar was very nice

Cons:

Some of the staff are very rude and appear to like they do not want to be there. The hotel is clean, however it is slightly run down and needs some maintenance to bring it up to standard. The food was poor and probably the worst I have ever encountered at an all inclusive. I did not like the fact they give you an A4 list of rules when you checked in, felt more like a hostel. The only all inclusive I've ever been to where they won't let you check in early and make you pay for drinks before 3 o'clock. Entertainment was very poor.

Pros:

Pyszne o rozmaite jedzenie, piękne drinki - bardzo duży wybór. Rewelacyjny basen. Duży plus za dostęp do aquaparku. Pokoje dobrze wyposażone - szlafroki, kapcie, żel, balsam, szampon, odżywka. Czajnik, herbata i kawa w pokoju. Przestronny balkon, piękny widok na morze i wrak statku. Miła obsługa w hotelu, w restauracji i w barach przy basenach. Leżaki bezpłatne przy basenie i przy morzu.

Cons:

Brak ochrony, która przydałaby się np. przy wejściu do hotelu, aby nie wszedł nikt spoza gości hotelowych, lub w przypadku bójek przy basenie. Obecnie recepcja zajmuje się tymi sprawami, co nie jest dobrym rozwiązaniem.
