Posizione, Piscina esterna, vicinanza alla passeggiata e alla spiaggia, la camera vista mare, letto king size comodo, la terrazza vista mare, spiaggia e mare bellissimo. La colazione esterna vista mare. I gatti 🐱

Cons:

Non corrisponde neanche a 4 stelle. Nonostante in fase di costruzione siano stati utilizzati materiali di pregio, attualmente tutto è rattoppato.
Cibo abbondante ma di media qualità.
Comunicazione pessima, hotel imbiancato per nascondere tanti difetti, crepe, cavi volanti, placche water rotte, amenities non cambiate quotidianamente, collegato a tour operator di massa, le persone a cena in costume o pantofole, gli ospiti maleducati con i piedi sui divani. Solo due ascensori lenti per tutti, ospiti e personale. Feste private fino a notte fonda che impediscono di riposare e tavoli spostati già dalle 7 di mattina. Docce della piscina interna insieme ai water, sempre sporche e allagate. Ascensori con lo scotch che regge le pulsantiere!!! Non ritorneremo.

I would definitely not recommend this Hotel…

The location is very good.

Its is advertised as 5 star hotel but in reality its 4 at maximum …
It is very old and outdated…
The cleaning standards are horrible! The daily cleaning does nothing except made your bed….
Food is mediocre.
At lunch / dinner even if you ask a glass of water you have to pay for it…
Small tv in the room that is not working… (no channels).
AC not working (only heating)… you have to sleep with open balcony door and hear the drunk British guests that scream till 3AM.

Beautiful Setting
Pros:

The area is beautiful, and the hotel is in the perfect setting with an ideal location for the beach.

Tina, the duty manager, was incredibly helpful and assisted us in relocating to a room that was much better suited to our needs than the original one.

Cons:

On arrival, I found myself placed in a room located on the ground floor. Unfortunately, the noise levels were quite disruptive, even though the hotel was not particularly busy at the time. As someone who doesn’t drink and prefers to go to bed early, I was disturbed by noise coming from the communal bar area.

The food was average and did not meet the standard I would expect from a five-star experience. Although we had booked an all-inclusive package, we chose to dine out on three of the five nights, which made the trip more expensive than originally planned.

Definitely not a 5 star, more like a 3/4 star.
Pros:

The lobby area is very nice and feels high-end, and the lady working at the spa was lovely and welcoming. The location is excellent—right on the strip and close to the beach—and there is plenty of parking available, also Tina was lovely to speak with.

Cons:

The bath had visible rust around the drain, and the dressing gown had what looked like a blood stain on the inside, which is unacceptable. The toilet constantly ran and didn’t flush properly—we had to adjust the internal pump each time to get it working.

The air conditioning “cold” option wasn’t available between October and May, despite being listed as included, which felt misleading. The walls also seem very thin—we could clearly hear someone in the next room snoring.

There was also inconsistency with the dress code. On the third night I was told I couldn’t wear shorts to the inclusive dinner and needed trousers, yet this wasn’t enforced on the first two nights.

Εξαιρετική τοποθεσία. Καθαροί χώροι, καλό και βοηθητικό προσωπικό, ήσυχο μεγάλο δωμάτιο, πολύ καλό πρωινό, μέτριο προς καλό το δείπνο. Μέτριο το γυμναστήριο

Cons:

Μικρές αστοχίες στην καθαριότητα του δωματίου. Άλλαξαν μόνο μια πετσέτα μπάνιου και ξέχασαν το χαρτί υγείας, όμως γενικά όλα okay
