Cons:

Οι αλλαγμένου χρώματος από τη χρήση, πετσέτες μπάνιου και προσώπου. Δεν ήταν άσπρες αλλά ολόγκριζες. Ανεπίτρεπτο για ξενοδοχείο 5 αστέρων. Το γεγονός ότι δεν αλλάζονταν καθημερινά ούτε οι πετσέτες, ούτε τα σεντόνια. Τα όχι και τόσο καλής ποιότητας προϊόντα στο πρόγευμα , π.χ φέτα, αναρη, Μπέικον, ελιές

Not worth it.
Pros:

Location is very good. Some stuff were nice. Breakfast was ok.

Cons:

Room was dirty. Sheets had stains. Toilet had a bad smell (like cigarettes).

Underground parking stairs were very dirty and without lighting. Also very dangerous because they were slippery from the dust and some stairs were broken.

Pros:

Great location, fantastic room, views really good and friendly staff. It has flaws but the price for beachfront protaras was lower than expected and i can see why.

Cons:

If it was a 4 star I would be "ok this is a great 4 star hotel". Sunbeds need to be changed too many stains, cleaning in the rooms very basic this needs to be fixed asap. They went crazy with weddings so the noise is a bit too much if you want to sleep early. Food is basic not reflecting a 5 star hotel but ok there are options for everyone.

Access to the sea

Cons:

Though the hotel was once luxurious it seems it really needs a good renovation. The food was plenty but of poor quality. Once we entered our room we got a smell of being closed for long, sheets and dusting average.
