Pros:

Location, cleanliness and the staff were all so friendly and helpful

Cons:

Only 2 lifts which meant waiting along time at meal times..
Only buffet food in hotel other restaurants not in hotel,but next door or on the strip..another restaurant would be good in the evening

Not what I expected
Pros:

Great location, right in front of the beach. Beautiful sea view. The shower was nice.

Cons:

Mold in the room's wall. Uncomfortable pillows. The food was not great, including breakfast. If the bed in the room next door moves, you feel it as well. In general, the hotel felt very dated. Bad price-quality balance.

Pros:

Det enda positiva med detta hotell är läget vid stranden. Vi fick bra bemötande och hjälp med våra klagomål.

Cons:

Hotellet är i riktigt dåligt skick och motsvarar inte ett 5-stjärnigt hotell. Städningen var det värsta vi varit med om på hotell. Städpersonalen hade knappt någon städutrustning och verkade inte professionella. Det var smutsigt och möbler var trasiga och fläckiga i både rum och gemensamma utrymmen. Fläckar på lakan och urtvättade handdukar. Maten var fruktansvärd. Vi fick tråkigt bemötande i receptionen och andra delar av hotellet. Vi kunde inte bo på detta hotell, det förstörde hela vår vistelse, så vi var tvungna att lämna hotellet.

Nothing!

Cons:

The hotel is very old, and I was disappointed with my stay, especially considering that I booked one of the best rooms. The room was far below my expectations. The elevator takes an extremely long time to arrive, and I was unable to continue my studies during my stay. Overall, the experience was disappointing and not what I expected for the price.

Ok price, definetely not a 5 star hotel
Pros:

It was very close to the beach and the Protaras Cente. Staff was very friendly and the price was ok given the season.

Cons:

The facilities for a five star hotel are at the very least dissappointing. The sunbed mattresses were all very dirty and some of them torn. The grass was not well preserved. The matress of the bedroom was extremely hard. We could not eat in the hotel because the quality of the food was definetely not one of a 5 star hotel.

Δεν υπηρχε συνδεση στο ιντερνετ,και καλεσαμε στην ρεσεψιον και μας ειπαν να βγουμε στο διαδρομο,η να κατεβουμε κατω στην ρεσεψιον,απαραδεκτο για ενα 5☆ ξενοδοχειο.

Localização ótima, funcionários muito simpáticos em todo o lado (restaurante, bares, receção, piscina)!
O hotel é lindíssimo. Podemos aceder à praia facilmente, sem ter de alugar espreguiçadeiras, pois as do hotel ficam muito, muito perto. Pode-se ir a pé à Fig Tree Beach, que é linda de morrer.
Tinha snacks ótimos no bar da piscina a quase toda a hora.

Cons:

Pouca variedade no buffet. Estive em outro hotel do grupo (King Evelthon em Pafos) e achei-o melhor, com mais variedade e quantidade. A piscina fechava cedo (18h00) e a limpeza dos corredores podia ser melhor.
